中文摘要:经济与贸易日趋全球化,信息技术发展日新月异,资源与信息的获取愈发便捷,使得各行各业所面临的竞争愈演愈烈,在国际油价长期低迷情况下,作为以油气田勘探开发为主营业务的石油公司,已感受到油价寒冬下的生存压力,许多公司也在考虑如何瘦身降本,提质增效,最大限度降低运营成本。无论外界形势如何变化,石油公司高投入、高风险的现状无法改变,基于这种现实情况,尤其像T公司这样直接从事油气田开发的公司,在长期的生产经营过程中,为保障现场作业,已经习惯了库存物资的大规模、多种类、高储备管理方式,这对公司盈利虽然会产生一定影响,但能有效避免作业过程中因缺货可能出现的停工停产甚至作业事故等风险问题,高油价屏蔽了高库存管理的弊端,而低油价下,随着公司利润的大幅下滑,高库存、高成本带来的管理与运营问题,以及物资保障与企业利润之间的矛盾愈发凸显,如何提高库存管理水平,降低库存成本已经成为公司亟需解决的问题。 本文基于T公司油气田开发物资库存管理现状,通过对公司库存管理问题进行系统梳理归纳,并分别从库存物资需求、采购及库存管理等多个方面进行问题原因分析,针对性制定改进策略。在需求管理方面,通过采用一些科学合理的需求预测手段,提高需求的准确性;在库存物资采购方面,针对所不同类别物资特点,优选有针对性的采购策略,协助物资库存管理的优化;在库存管理中,通过完善库存管理机制等措施,推动库存管理水平的提升。本文在实践的基础上,制定了合理的库存管理改进策略,帮助T公司达到了降低库存量,改善物资库存管理水平,加快物资周转率,以及降本增效的目的,在实践中收到了良好效果,对同行业相关管理工作可以起到一定参考和借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:With the globalization of economy and trade, the rapid development of information technology, and the more convenient access to resources and information, all industries are facing increasingly fierce competition. In the long-term downturn of international oil price, as an oil company mainly engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, it has felt the pressure of survival under the low oil price. Many companies are also considering how to scale down, reduce costs, improve quality and increase efficiency, and minimize operating costs. No matter how the external situation changes, the reality of high investment and high risk of oil companies cannot be changed. Based on this reality, especially for the company like T company that are directly engaged in oil and gas field development, in the long-term production and operation process, to ensure on-site operation, they have been used to the large-scale, multi variety and high reserve management of inventory materials. This will have a certain impact on the company's profitability, but it can effectively avoid the risk problems such as shutdown or even operation accidents due to shortage of goods. High oil price shields the disadvantages of high inventory management. However, under the low oil price, with the sharp decline of the company's profits, the management and operation problems caused by high inventory and high cost, as well as the contradiction between material support and enterprise profits, these have become more and more prominent. How do oil companies improve the inventory management level and reduce the inventory cost, and these has become problems that need to be solved by the companies. Based on the current situation of inventory management of oil and gas field development materials in T company, the thesis systematically summarizes the inventory management problems of the T company, analyzes the resasons of the problems from the aspects of inventory material demand, procurement and inventory management, and formulates improvement strategies. In the aspect of demand management, some scientific and reasonable demand forecasting methods are adopted to improve the accuracy of demand; in the aspect of purcurement of inventory materials, targeted purcuring strategies are optimized according to the characteristics of different types of materials to assist the optimization of material inventory management; in inventory management, measures such as improving the inventory management mechanism are adopted to promote the improvement of inventory management level. On the basis of practice, the thesis formulates a reasonable inventory management improvement strategy to help T company achieve the goal of reducing inventory, improving material inventory management level, accelerating material turnover rate, and reducing cost and efficiency. Good results have been achieved in practice, which can play a certain reference and reference role for the related management work of the same industry.
