中文摘要:我们正处在一个软件定义一切的时代。在科技飞速发展的带动下,我们见证了物联网平台、人工智能、大数据和区块链等新事物的出现,这些技术产生的背后都是依靠软件模型开发实现的。截至2019年年底,从工信部获悉中国手机APP数量是449万个,微信小程序达到230万个。现在已经很难找到完全空白的市场,随便一个idea闪出的瞬间,很快就会有软件被开发出来。同时市场上每一款软件产品几乎都有竞品存在。在这样激烈的市场竞争中,企业核心竞争力便是唯快不破,快速抢占商业机会,快速优化产品体验,快速响应市场变化。敏捷能赋予企业核心竞争力,其价值驱动,需求可调,增量迭代,拥抱变化的核心理念确保企业在复杂多变的环境中处于优势地位。 本论文从NL公司多年敏捷管理实践的角度出发,论述在X项目敏捷管理流程引入之初给企业和项目管理带来的变化。作者首先通过阅读文献资料总结出如何从企业视角进行敏捷项目管理的实施研究。接着通过案例企业的实施背景,实施准备,并通过一系列理论与案例结合,归纳出NL公司实施敏捷项目管理的关键因素;接着指出NL企业的项目在实施敏捷过程中发现的若干突出问题,这包括项目组织架构问题、敏捷需求分析整理的问题、开发过程中的软件质量问题和项目进度控制问题。随后阐述针对这几大问题的解决思路和具体方案,最后通过敏捷组织架构优化、敏捷流程改善、软件质量提升,过程有效控制等核心关键指标分析与实施来探讨软件企业如何走出一条更适合自身发展的可定制化的敏捷之路。  
英文摘要:Now we are in the area of SDA (Software Define Anything), the rapidly development of technology bring us platform of Internet of Thing, Artificial Intellectual, Big Data and Block Chain, all of which are driven by software model. Data from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China shows there are nearly 4.49 million Apps and 2.3 million WeChat small programs in total. Any blank market is hardly to see in nowadays. When a fresh new idea is sparkled, lots of people will swarm in quickly. Every product can see its competitors in the market. In such fierce market completion, the quickness is becoming the core competitiveness for entrepreneurs, quickly grab business opportunities, quickly optimize the product experience, quickly response to market change. This essay is based on the practice of agile management in NL for many years, demonstrating the introduction of agile management thinking can bring great change to company. Initially it sums up the research material from practical implementation by reading lots of professional documents. And it points out the key factors by analyzing background and preparation of Agile implementation. Then this essay identifies out a couple of problems while implementing Agile Project Management in NL in aspects including organization, collection of requirement, software quality and process control and how to figure them all out. At last this essay attempt to discuss how to customize Agile process and methods more suitable for the enterprise itself through overall analysis and implementation of core agile index such as optimization of agile organization structure, and improvement of agile process and software quality, and the effective control of project process.
