| 中文摘要: | 中国经济发展已经进入中低速的新常态发展模式,国内的汽车工业发展也已经到了一个天花板,国内汽车行业的投资在连年下降。同时,随着经济全球化的发展和中国改革开放的力度越来越大,以及国家鼓励企业“走出去”和“一带一路”战略的实施,国内企业纷纷希望“走出去”谋求实现国际化发展。AE公司作为国内汽车工业工厂建设和汽车工艺装备制造的领头企业谋求国际化的发展是企业的必然选择。如何制定AE公司的国际化发展战略,如何实现提升企业国际化发展的品牌影响力,如何提高企业在海外的运营能力,如何增强企业在国际化发展中的竞争力,都是AE公司在实施国际化发展的过程中面临的课题,也是AE公司及同行企业实现“走出去”发展和实现企业国际化发展转型面临的难题。 本文以AE公司的国际化发展战略作为研究对象,通过PEST分析工具对AE公司国际化发展面的政治、经济、社会和技术环境进行了综合分析;同时运用波特的五力模型对AE公司在国际化过程中的竞争环境进行了分析;通过多方面的分析和对比,在国家实施“一带一路”战略背景下,不论是从企业内部的发展现状,还是国家的政策方面以及海外的发展空间来说,AE公司实施国际化发展的机会都大于风险。国际化的过程是一个艰难和不断探索的过程,在实施的过程中会遇到很多挑战,需要公司建立国际化发展部门,集中优势资源,合理规划,不断创新,根据自身的优势和劣势、面对的风险及竞争环境制定适合自己发展的国际化战略。 论文最后,为AE公司的国际化发展战略提出来自己选择的战略发展方向,同时为国际化发展制定了实施策略保障措施。应坚定在汽车行业的发展定位,以此通过参与国内汽车企业的国际化发展战略,坚持“借船出海”的策略,不断探索海外工业厂房EPC总承包模式的发展思路,传播这种模式的优点,让更多的潜在客户接受和愿意尝试这种模式。通过已有海外项目建成标杆项目,让更多中国在海外投资的中小企业及民营企业家了解中汽工程,以此提升AE公司在海外的品牌影响力,增强企业的核心竞争力,提升公司的创新力和技术水平;实现在海外能够自主开拓市场的目标,最终实现企业的国际化可持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China's economic development has entered a medium-low speed new normal development mode, and the development of the domestic automobile industry has reached a ceiling. The investment in the domestic automobile industry has been declining year by year. At the same time, with the development of economic globalization and the increasing strength of China's reform and opening up, as well as the implementation of the national strategy of encouraging enterprises to "go out" and "One Belt And One Road", domestic enterprises have been hoping to "go out" to achieve international development. AE company, as the leading enterprise of domestic automobile industry factory construction and automobile process equipment manufacturing, is the inevitable choice for the enterprise to seek international development. How to develop the AE company's internationalization strategy, how to implement the promotion enterprise internationalization of the brand influence, how to improve the ability of enterprises in overseas operations, how to enhance enterprise competitiveness in the international development, the company in the implementation of the AE of the problem faced in the process of internationalization development, also is AE and peer companies to realize the development and implementation of "going out" the challenges faced by the enterprise internationalization development transformation. The paper takes the internationalization development strategy of AE Company as the research object, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the political, economic, social and technical environment of the internationalization development of AE through PEST analysis tool. At the same time, porter's five forces model is used to analyze the competitive environment of AE in the process of internationalization. Through various analyses and comparisons, under the background of the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" strategy by the country, the opportunities for the implementation of the international development of AE company are greater than the risks, no matter from the perspective of the internal development status, national policies and overseas development space. Internationalization process is a process, difficult and exploration in the process of implementing will encounter many challenges and needs the company to establish international development department, centralized superior resources, reasonable planning, continuous innovation, according to its own advantages and disadvantages, in the face of risk and the competitive environment suitable for the development of their international strategy. In the end, the paper puts forward the strategic development direction of its own choice for the internationalization development strategy of AE, and at the same time makes the implementation strategy guarantee measures for the internationalization development. In this way, by participating in the international development strategy of domestic automobile enterprises, adhering to the strategy of "going to sea by ship", we should constantly explore the development idea of EPC mode for overseas industrial plants, spread the advantages of this mode, and make more potential customers accept and willing to try the mode. Through the establishment of benchmark projects in existing overseas projects, small and medium-sized enterprises and private entrepreneurs of China in overseas investment will know about AE, so as to enhance the influence of the overseas brand of AE, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and improve the company's innovation ability and technical level.
