中文摘要: | 随着我国经济的不断发展,居民的个人收入在GDP中所占据的比重越来越大,城乡居民的可支配收入更是不断增加,充足的可支配收入促进了国内居民对个人理财的极大需求。随着国内银行各种理财产品的不断推出,个人理财业务在银行业务发展中所占的比重越来越大。截止2019年,非保本型产品的存续余额在商业银行的理财产品总余额中占据了83.93%的比重,与此同时个人理财业务较强的创收能力也日益显著,但其所带来风险问题也日趋严重。 本文研究主要分为六个章节,第一章对文章的研究背景、选题意义、研究内容、框架和研究方法及创新点做了介绍;第二章对个人理财概念界定及发展历程、风险管理相关理论、国内外相关研究综述予以阐述;第三章从内外两个角度对FS银行个人理财业务风险进行了较为详细的介绍,并对FS银行个人理财风险管理现状及存在于风险管理中主要问题予以深入剖析;第四章针对第三章所提及的风险管理发展现状和主要问题从产品设计和投资、客户服务及银行内部体系三个层面给出了风险优化管理建议;第五章针对第四章提及的三个优化管理点展开论述,提出一一对应的实施保障措施;第六章总结了本文的研究,并就研究中出现的不足和未来研究的可能涉及的关键点做了展望。由于基于作者工作实践,研究具有一定的创新性和较强的实践性。 通过本文的研究得知,FS银行个人理财业务产品风险管控力度较弱,主要体现在现有理财产品数量少,品种单一,市场适应能力差,且忽视产品投资风险管理,使得个人理财产品的整体竞争力低,抗风险能力差。在内控以及客户服务方面存在的不足主要体现在内部尚未建立起规范完善的个人理财业务风险管理体系,销售过程缺乏监督,产品销售流程不规范等;且在为客户提供服务的过程中,受限于从业人员的自身理财水平等因素,未实现对客户需求的精准掌握、可靠服务。在高层次人员配备及技术支撑方面的缺失主要是受到银行规模及所在地域的影响,FS在高层次人员引进方面有天然的劣势,不足以支撑个人理财业务的健康持续良好发展。同时,银行现有的IT系统存在不足,无法支撑当前金融环境下个人理财业务的持续发展。 | |
英文摘要: | With the continuous development of China's economy, the proportion of residents' personal income in GDP is increasing, and the disposable income of urban and rural residents is increasing constantly. Sufficient disposable income promotes the great demand of domestic residents for personal finance. With the continuous launch of various financial products by domestic Banks, personal finance services account for an increasing proportion in the development of banking services. By 2019, the remaining balance of non-break-even products accounts for 83.93% of the total balance of commercial Banks' financial products. Meanwhile, the strong earning capacity of personal finance services is increasingly significant, but the risks brought by them are also becoming more and more serious. This paper is mainly divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, significance of the topic, research content, framework, research methods and innovation points of the paper. The second chapter describes the definition and development of personal finance concept, risk management theory, domestic and foreign related research review. In chapter 3, the risk of PERSONAL finance service of FS bank is introduced in detail from both internal and external perspectives, and the current situation of personal finance risk management of FS bank and the main problems existing in the risk management are deeply analyzed. The fourth chapter gives Suggestions on risk optimization management from three aspects: product design and investment, customer service and bank internal system. Chapter Five discusses the three points of optimal management mentioned in Chapter four and puts forward the corresponding implementation safeguard measures. The sixth chapter summarizes the research of this paper and looks forward to the shortcomings in the research and the key points in the future research.Based on the author's work practice, the research has a certain degree of innovation and practice. Based on this research, it is known that the risk control of personal finance products of FS bank is relatively weak, mainly reflected in the small number of existing financial products, single varieties, poor market adaptability, and the neglect of product investment risk management, which makes the overall competitiveness of personal finance products low and the anti-risk ability poor. The deficiencies in internal control and customer service are mainly reflected in the lack of a standardized and perfect personal finance business risk management system, lack of supervision in the sales process, and non-standard product sales process. In the process of providing services to customers, due to the limited financial management level of employees and other factors, accurate grasp of customer needs and reliable services have not been achieved. The lack of high-level personnel allocation and technical support is mainly affected by the size and location of Banks. FS has a natural disadvantage in the introduction of high-level personnel, which cannot support the healthy and sustainable development of personal finance services. At the same time, the bank's existing IT system has loopholes, which are insufficient to support the healthy development of personal finance services in the current financial environment. | |
