中文摘要：	橡胶助剂行业诞生已逾百年，在我国也有超过半个世纪的发展历史。和其他传统制造业一样，其生产经营模式比较传统，市场结构基本稳定，技术水平也相对成熟。正是因为以上行业特点，相较于其他很多新兴行业，该行业对创业者缺少了很多吸引力，而其根本的原因是创业者在这样的传统制造业中很难有效的寻找、识别、评价及开发出有价值的创业机会，从而错失了很多推动行业发展的良机。 本文对橡胶助剂创业机会的研究是基于过程的研究，这一过程包括创业机会的来源、创业机会的识别、创业机会的评价和创业机会的开发。论文首先从行业的角度使用PEST理论分析了该行业面临的一般宏观环境，并对橡胶助剂行业的发展历程和发展趋势进行了总结和展望，从创业机会的来源上对橡胶助剂行业的创业机会进行了研究。然后结合COMICO公司具体的案例分析，从创业机会的识别、创业机会的评价和创业机会的开发这三个方面对橡胶助剂行业的创业机会进行了更深入的研究，研究过程中用到了波特五力模型、刘常勇的创业机会评价框架、选择因素评价法、波特价值链模型及商业画布模型等研究工具。结合具体案例的这种研究方法，便于更直观的表述问题，也更有益于形象化的提出结论。 通过全文的研究，本文最后得出研究结论：首先，创业机会孕育在改变中，有价值的创业机会一般都符合环境发展大趋势；其次，创业机会需要经过科学的识别与评价才能显现出其真实价值；最后，传统行业中的创业机会必须结合新的思想、利用新的商业模式才会有更大的成功几率及发展前景。 在本文的研究过程中，采用了历史资料研究法、调查研究法和案例研究法等多种研究方法。本文的研究内容能够给立志于创业，特别是立志于在传统行业创业的创业者提供一些参考意义。通过对相关研究的回顾以及行业发展环境的分析，在理论和实践上共同促进了橡胶助剂行业以及整个传统行业更加健康的发展。图8幅，参考文献34篇。
英文摘要：	Rubber additives industry has been developed for more than ten decades and is home to a growth history of more than half a century in China. Like other traditional manufacturing industries, it sees a relatively traditional production and operation mode, basically stable market structure and comparatively mature technical level. Given the above-mentioned industry characteristics, rubber additives industry lacks a great deal of appeal to entrepreneurs compared with the attraction in emerging industry. The fundamental reason is that golden entrepreneurial opportunities are difficult to identify, evaluate and develop in traditional manufacturing industry. Under such circumstances, precious opportunities are naturally missed in developing the growth of rubber additives industry. This thesis is researched on the process of entrepreneurial opportunities in rubber additives industry, which includes the source of entrepreneurial opportunities, identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities and development of entrepreneurial opportunities. First, the thesis analyzes the general macro environment faced by the industry from the perspective of PEST theory and summarizes and forecasts the development history and trend of the rubber additives industry. It also studies the entrepreneurial opportunities of the rubber additives industry from the source of entrepreneurial opportunities. Then, based on the studied case COMICO company, the thesis goes deeper research in entrepreneurial opportunity identification, the evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial opportunities, during which Porter five Model, entrepreneurial opportunities evaluation framework developed by Changyong Liu, choice factor evaluation method, Porter value chain model and business model canvas research tools are applied into respectively. It is better to present targeted problems and is conducive to drawing feasible conclusions. This thesis draws the following conclusions: First of all, entrepreneurial opportunities are predominately found in the changing circumstances and valuable entrepreneurial opportunities are generally in line with the overall trends of development. Secondly, the true value of entrepreneurial opportunities can be demonstrated after scientific identification. Finally, entrepreneurial opportunities in traditional industries must combine with new ideas and make use of new business models to embrace a greater chance of success and development prospects. In the research process of this paper, historical data research method, investigation research method and case study method are adopted. The research content of this paper can provide some reference for entrepreneurs who are determined to start their own businesses, especially in traditional industries. Through the review of the relevant research and the analysis of the industry development environment, it promotes the healthy development of rubber additives industry and the whole traditional industry in theory and practice.
