| 中文摘要: | 改革开放以来,随着中国经济的快速发展,我国银行业也经历了发展的黄金时期。但近几年,中国经济增速明显放缓,习近平总书记在十九大报告中明确提出,我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。在此形势下,资本市场正逐渐回归资源有效配置的本质功能,防范化解金融风险、深化金融体制机制改革、提升金融服务转型升级成为银行业发展的重点。近些年,传统银行机构网点的扩张、互联网金融的兴起、民营银行的成立都给城市商业银行带来了很大的竞争压力。因此,优化完善城市商业银行的绩效考核体系,可以为业务发展提供有力人才支撑,对促进其稳定、健康、持续地发展有着重要的战略意义。 本文以Z城商行为例,结合Z城商行的经营现状和战略目标,以平衡计分卡的相关理论研究为依托,构建起一套适合Z城商行的绩效评价体系。首先,本文介绍了选题的研究背景和研究意义,总结梳理了国内外关于银行绩效考核的研究成果,阐明本文的研究内容及方法。其次,对银行常用考核方法进行介绍,对平衡计分卡绩效考核方式的四个维度及优点进行详细解读。再次,引入Z城商行案例,分析其现有绩效考核方式中存在的不足,论述了Z城商行引入平衡计分卡的必要性和可行性,并结合Z城商行发展战略,设计了Z城商行基于平衡计分卡的全面绩效评价体系。最后,以某支行为例展示了采用平衡计分卡的考核结果,预测Z城商行在平衡计分卡的实施过程中可能遇到的问题,并提出相应的保障措施。 通过研究分析,本文得出的主要结论如下:首先,业绩评价体系应与公司战略紧密结合,在此基础上对战略目标进行分解与业绩评价指标相统一;其次,业绩评价应当综合全面,避免全部集中于财务考核。通过构建Z城商行基于平衡计分卡的业绩评价体系,为商业银行提供了一种全面、合理的绩效考核方式,对商业银行实施平衡计分卡的业绩评价方法有着重要的参考和借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has experienced rapid development, China's banking industry has also experienced a golden period of development. But in recent years, China's economic growth has slowed down. General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear in the report of the 19th National Congress that China's economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development. In this situation, the capital market is gradually returning to the essential function of effective allocation of resources, preventing and resolving financial risks, deepening the reform of financial system mechanism, and upgrading the transformation of financial service have become the focus of banking development. In recent years, the expansion of traditional banking institutions, the rise of Internet finance, and the establishment of private banks have brought great competitive pressure to the city commercial banks. Therefore, optimizing and perfecting the performance appraisal system of city commercial bank can provide strong talents support for business development, which is of great strategic significance to promote its stable, healthy and stable development. In this paper, taking Z commercial bank as an example, combining with the present situation and strategic goal of Z commercial bank, a set of performance evaluation system suitable for Z commercial bank is constructed, which is based on the theory of BSC. First of all, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the topic, summarizes the research results on bank performance appraisal at home and abroad, and expounds the content and methods of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the common assessment methods of banks, and explains the four dimensions and advantages of the balanced scorecard. Thirdly, the paper introduces the case of Z commercial bank, analyzes the deficiency of its current performance appraisal method, discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing balanced scorecard into Z commercial bank, and combines the development strategy of Z commercial bank, a comprehensive performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard was designed for Z commercial bank. Finally, taking a branch as an example, this paper shows the assessment result of adopting balanced scorecard, forecasts the problems that may be encountered in the implementation of balanced scorecard, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Through the research and analysis, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows. Firstly, the performance evaluation system should be closely linked with the company's strategy. On this basis, the strategic objectives are decomposed and the performance evaluation indicators are unified. Secondly, the performance evaluation system should be comprehensive and avoid focusing solely on financial evaluation.The index design should highlight the characteristics of the industry. By constructing the performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard, the paper provides a comprehensive and reasonable performance evaluation method for commercial banks, it has important reference significance for commercial banks to implement the performance evaluation method of balanced scorecard. | |
