| 中文摘要: | 现代项目管理始自于20世纪80年代中期,但是项目管理实践的历史却几乎和人类的文明史一样长。所以本文首先回顾了项目管理发展的历程,同时也结合现实中的情况提出了有待研究的问题。 一般认为,现代项目管理包括九大知识领域(项目的集成管理、范围管理、时间管理、成本管理、质量管理、人力资源管理、沟通管理、风险管理和采购管理)。不过,由于在以前的工作经历中,笔者曾经分别作为IT项目合同的甲方和乙方的代表,在实践中发现关于项目的大部分争议来源于双方对项目范围的歧义和改变,所以本文是以合资寿险企业IT项目为具体对象的项目范围变更管理的研究。 本文的相关理论综述部分简述了项目管理的基础概念,包括项目和项目管理、项目范围和项目范围管理等。然后,介绍了IT项目管理中的突出问题以及造成IT项目范围变更频繁发生的几项形成因素,和IT项目范围变更管理需要关注的几个问题。而后,针对这些问题和原因,研究了IT项目范围变更管理的方法,其中包括IT项目范围变更管理的复杂性和根本目的以及一般的IT项目范围变更管理流程,进而提出了一种集成的IT项目范围变更管理的方法。这种方法是基于合资寿险企业IT项目现状和需要的,特别针对来自于项目组外部的变更要求,其中包括了对于IT项目范围变更的事前评估、事中控制、事后信息反馈的三个阶段的管理。最后,通过合资寿险S公司的一个实际项目案例说明了以上方法的实施过程。 本文中提出的集成的IT项目范围变更管理方法的核心内涵是一种以追求项目整体价值最大化为根本目标通过成本效益分析控制项目范围的随意变更和范围蔓延的全过程的项目范围变更管理方法。其研究方向及成果对合资寿险企业IT项目范围变更管理具有一定的实践意义,同时也希望对于有着相似状况的其他类型的项目有某些参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Modern Project Management occurred in the middle 80st decade of the 20st century, but the history of project practice is almost as long as the history of anthropic civilization. So this paper reviews the course of Project Management and also brings forward the researchful issue based on realistic circumstances firstly. Most widely known, Modern Project Management includes nine parts (project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communications management, project risk management, project procurement management). But this thesis is focused on the project scope change management of IT project in the joint venture life-insurance corporation, since the author had been the representatives of IT project contracts’both side in former jobs and found that most disputes on projects root in the changes or different interpretations about the project scope. In the part of theories’review, the paper introduces some basic concepts of Project Management, including the definition of project, project management, project scope, project scope management and etc. Then it introduces the prominent problems of IT project management, some factors that makes IT project scope change occurred continually and several focuses of IT project scope change management. To these questions and causes, the thesis studies the complicacy, the ultimate purpose and the methods of IT project scope change management, including the generic flow and the integrated method of IT project scope change management. This method is based on the joint venture life-insurance corporation IT projects’actuality and needs, especially for the scope change request coming from the outside of project team, which includes the beforehand evaluation, the underway control and the information feedback afterwards, three phases of IT project scope change management. Finally, the paper introduces a practical case of SLEB to show the implemental procedure with the method. With the ultimate purpose of maximizing the whole project value, the integrated IT project scope change management method holds connotations of controlling the unbending changes of project scope and project scope creep via cost-benefit analysis and a whole process project scope change management. The research direction and result of this thesis has some realistic meaning to the joint venture life-insurance corporation’s IT project scope change management, and might be useful for other types’project with the same problems hopefully. | |
