中文摘要：	对于企业来说，设备是企业的骨架，设备的经济运行是公司健康发展的关键，而安全运行更是公司稳定的保障。通过深化管理流程和引用当前先进的科学管理手段，对设备各项运行参数进行合理的分析与应用，不仅可以有效提高设备的工作效率，同时还能合理分配各个设备的运行时段。通过数据对比，能够及时发现设备存在的各种安全隐患，深入挖掘所有设备的潜在能力，而且在发现问题后，还可以及时做出相应的调整和处理，以达到安全、经济运行的目的。高效的设备管理模式可以满足实际运行的需要，可以确保设备安全使用，能够发挥设备的最大效率，从而使设备在运行和管理上达到合理化、高效化、标准化以及安全化的管理要求。 本文以X公司为研究对象，深入调查X公司现有的设备管理情况，发现管理中存在的问题，提出有针对性的优化方案，本文将按照“信息收集——问题分析——优化方案——保障措施”的逻辑思路进行研究，通过对国内外先进设备管理理论的研究，寻找出适合X公司的设备管理模式，加以优化改进，以期能在设备管理方面有更深的理解，同时提升X公司设备管理水平，梳理X公司各类设备管理制度流程，将其规范化，提高其可操作性。在研究方法上，在信息收集阶段主要采取文献分析法，在问题分析阶段采用鱼骨分析图详细分析设备管理现状，利用数据分析设备有效利用率，制定改进措施的阶段，运用TBP的方法优化设备运行管理，运用WBS方法优化设备维修管理，利用现代科技进行数据采集，建立数据库。通过以上的研究与分析，本文将根据X公司具体管理情况和实际运行模式，发现其设备管理的不足，并提出优化方案，从微观到宏观，从组织构架到细节管理，均有相应的优化方式，对X公司现有的设备管理体系进行提升。研究结论为X公司设备管理决策提供支持，同时对同类型企业的设备管理方式也具有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	For an enterprise, equipment is the skeleton of the enterprise, the economic operation of equipment is the key to the healthy development of the company, and safe operation is the guarantee of the stability of the company. By deepening the management process and referring to the current advanced scientific management means, the reasonable analysis and application of the operating parameters of the equipment can not only effectively improve the working efficiency of the equipment, but also reasonably allocate the operating period of each equipment. Through data comparison, it can find out all kinds of potential safety hazards of the equipment in a timely manner, deeply dig out the potential capacity of all equipment, and make corresponding adjustments and treatments in a timely manner after finding problems, so as to achieve the purpose of safe and economic operation. Efficient equipment management mode can meet the needs of the actual operation, can ensure the safe use of equipment, can give play to the maximum efficiency of equipment, so that the equipment in the operation and management to achieve reasonable, efficient, standardized and safe management requirements. Based on X company as the research object, this paper investigate the X company's existing equipment management situation, found that the management of the existing problems, and put forward targeted optimization, this paper will be in accordance with the "information collection, problem analysis, optimization, security measures" logical train of thought for research, based on the research of the domestic and international advanced equipment management theory, to find out the suitable for X company equipment management mode, optimize the improvement, in order to have a deeper understanding in the equipment management, improve equipment management level of X company at the same time, carding process of all kinds of equipment management system, company X its standardization, improve its maneuverability. On the research methods, in the information gathering phase mainly adopts literature analysis method, the problem analysis phase adopts fishbone analysis diagram analysis equipment management status in detail, effective utilization rate of equipment, the use of data analysis to formulate improvement measures phase, the method that uses the TBP optimize equipment operation management, using the WBS method optimized equipment maintenance management, the use of modern science and technology for data collection, database is established. Through the above research and analysis, this paper will find out the deficiencies of the equipment management according to the specific management situation and actual operation mode of X Company, and put forward the optimization scheme, from micro to macro, from the organizational structure to detailed management, have corresponding optimization methods, to improve the existing equipment management system of X Company. The research conclusion provides support for the equipment management decision of X Company, and also has certain reference significance for the equipment management mode of similar enterprises.
