中文摘要：	国家对水资源保护、水污染治理的高度重视及政策大力支持，为水处理行业创造了良好的外部发展环境，也为水处理行业全面高速发展带来了战略性发展机遇。国家在新兴产业发展规划中提出要推进高效膜材料及膜设备的创新发展，要加快高性能膜材料的产业化。膜分离技术以及膜法水处理行业是我国未来的产业发展方向，对经济发展起着带动和引领作用。2016年至2018年膜法水处理行业的年增长速度保持在27%以上，预计2020年膜产业市场规模将达3610亿元。膜产业已经进入一个快速发展的成长期。 TJHPT公司采用先进的膜技术，将膜技术成果转化为具有较强竞争实力的膜装备集成和膜过程应用。实践证明，该工艺技术对比一般工艺的处理效率更高、效果更好，而且设备后期运行费用也比其他设备要低。公司依托天津工业大学精武研究院产学研基地，研发出多种膜装备，并获得多个技术专利。2019年公司先后获得“天津市雏鹰企业”和“国家高新技术企业”荣誉称号。本文应用PEST对TJHPT公司的宏观环境的独特性进行分析，采用波特五力模型对TJHPT公司的竞争环境进行分析，对海派特现在的优劣势，面临的潜在机会以及外部威胁进行了SWOT分析，通过SPACE的战略地位及行动评价矩阵对公司的战略选择及定位进行分析。基于SWOT分析方法和SPACE矩阵战略模型，为TJHPT公司的发展战略方向、战略规划方案设计提供有力的分析依据。并对TJHPT公司发展战略与保障措施进行深入研究，提出TJHPT公司的发展战略及如何利用现有资源对战略进行保障执行，使TJHPT公司能够根据本篇论文的研究结果，合理地制定和实施适合自身的企业发展战略。
英文摘要：	The country’s great emphasis on water resources protection and water pollution control and strong policy support have created a good external development environment for the water treatment industry and also brought strategic development opportunities for the comprehensive and rapid development of the water treatment industry. In the development plan for emerging industries, the country proposes to promote the innovative development of high-efficiency membrane materials and membrane equipment, and to accelerate the industrialization of high-performance membrane materials. Membrane separation technology and membrane water treatment industry are my country's future industrial development direction, and play a leading and leading role in economic development. From 2016 to 2018, the annual growth rate of the membrane water treatment industry has remained above 27%, and the membrane industry market is expected to reach 361 billion yuan in 2020. The membrane industry has entered a period of rapid development. TJHPT adopts advanced membrane technology to transform membrane technology achievements into membrane equipment integration and membrane process applications with strong competitiveness. Practice has proved that the process technology has higher processing efficiency and better effect than the general process, and the later operation cost of the equipment is lower than other equipment. Relying on the production, education and research base of Jingwu Research Institute of Tianjin Polytechnic University, the company has developed a variety of membrane equipment and obtained multiple technical patents. In 2019, the company successively won the honorary titles of "Tianjin Young Eagle Enterprise" and "National High-tech Enterprise". This article uses PEST to analyze the uniqueness of TJHPT's macro environment, uses Porter's five forces model to analyze TJHPT's competitive environment, and conducts SWOT analysis of Haipaite’s current advantages and disadvantages, potential opportunities and external threats. Analyze the company's strategic choice and positioning through SPACE's strategic position and action evaluation matrix. Based on the SWOT analysis method and the SPACE matrix strategy model, it provides a powerful analysis basis for TJHPT's development strategy and strategic planning design. And conduct in-depth research on TJHPT’s development strategy and guarantee measures, put forward TJHPT’s development strategy and how to use existing resources to guarantee the implementation of the strategy, so that TJHPT can reasonably formulate and implement suitable for itself based on the research results of this paper Business development strategy.
