中文摘要:随着当前国家教育改革的全面深化,以及高校教育模式的转变,新生如何适应大学学习生活已逐渐为国内教育工作者所关注。高校图书馆作为文献信息资源中心,在新生适应过程中也应作为教育工作者参与其中。研究新生在大学初期的信息需求,有助于帮助学生更好的适应大学的学习、生活。 本研究通过对高校新生进行半结构化深度访谈,并对访谈结果加以编码和分析,得出关于高校新生学习适应相关需求的50个基本概念,再综合提炼其中包含的需求内容,得到环境认知需求、生活方法需求等17个基本范畴,并确定高校可以提供对应服务的16个信息需求要素。在此基础上,通过对新生学习适应相关的信息需求进行问卷调查,利用Kano模型分析方法,得出13个期望型需求以及3个魅力型需求,通过计算Better-Worth指数,结合象限分析方法得出各需求要素的层次特征。 研究表明高校新生在学习适应过程中确实存在大量需求,可归类为生活环境信息需求、心理情感信息需求和认知学习信息需求。基本范畴信息需求对新生的学习适应问题的影响程度有所不同,并且在新生不同的阶段和环境下会转化为信息需求,这些信息需求的需求层次也有着一定程度的差别。访谈和问卷的分析说明高校以及高校图书馆对于解决新生学习适应问题的相应信息服务方面仍存在不足。随着服务过程的推进,学生的信息需求程度仍具有很大的增长潜力。高校及图书馆应开展主动的信息服务帮助学生建立信息需求意识;通过信息服务合作助力内外部信息资源整合;加强个性化信息服务,以便应对学生对信息的需求变化;在依据所有信息需求的需求层次以及相关服务方式确定信息服务的优先次序后按照此顺序在新生适应阶段持续推行针对新生的信息服务。 本研究充实了高校图书馆服务的研究主题,以新生为主体,将研究重点放在大学初期,深度分析学生在这一时期产生的适应性问题和对应的信息需求,为高校及图书馆信息服务拓展了研究主题。  
英文摘要:With the comprehensive deepening of the current national education reform, as well as the transformation of college education mode, how freshmen adapt to college life has been gradually concerned by domestic educators. As the center of literature and information resources, university library should also participate as educators in the process of Freshmen's adaptation. Studying the information needs of freshmen in the early years of university will help students better adapt to the study and life in university. Through semi-structured in-depth interviews with college freshmen, and coding and analyzing the interview results, 50 basic concepts about Freshmen's learning adaptation related needs are obtained. Then, the contents of the needs are comprehensively refined to obtain 17 basic categories such as environmental cognitive needs and lifestyle needs, and 16 information needs that universities can provide corresponding services are determined essential factor. On this basis, through the questionnaire survey of Freshmen's learning adaptation related information needs, using Kano model analysis method, 13 one-dimensional requirements and 3 attractive requirements are obtained. By calculating the Better-Worth index and combining with quadrant analysis method, the hierarchical characteristics of each demand element are obtained. Research shows that freshmen do have a lot of needs in the process of learning adaptation, which can be classified into living environment information needs, psychological and emotional information needs and cognitive learning information needs. The influence of basic category information needs on Freshmen's learning adaptation is different, and it will be transformed into information needs in different stages and environments of freshmen, and the demand levels of these information needs are also different to a certain extent. The analysis of interviews and questionnaires shows that there are still some deficiencies in the corresponding information services of universities and university libraries to solve the problem of Freshmen's learning adaptation. In the future, with the promotion of the service process, students' information needs still have great potential for growth. Universities and libraries should carry out active information services to help students establish their awareness of information needs, help students integrate internal and external information resources through information service cooperation, strengthen personalized information services in order to cope with the change of students' information needs, and determine the priority of information services according to the demand level of all information needs and relevant service methods In the adaptation stage, we will continue to implement information services for freshmen. This study enriches the research theme of university library services, with freshmen as the main body, focuses on the early stage of University, deeply analyzes the adaptability problems and corresponding information needs of students in this period, and expands the research topic for information services of universities and libraries.
