| 中文摘要: | 在互联网共享经济时代,行业竞争激烈,企业面对的外部环境和内部环境变化迅速。因此,企业需要站在全局的高度,准确把握外部和内部面临的激烈竞争环境,明晰时代发展脉搏,寻找抓住机遇的重要手段,分析、制定及实施管理企业发展战略,突显并增强企业自身核心竞争力,以不断获得可持续发展的能力。基于此,企业开展高效发展战略管理的重要性不言而喻。 本文以华仪电气公司为研究对象,综合利用战略管理相关理论方法和工具,系统阐述公司发展基本概况,明确公司所处组织发展阶段;开展华仪电气公司发展战略管理必要性分析与评估,深入分析公司所处的外部环境和内部环境,准确把握公司发展定位和未来综合发展趋势,明晰公司市场竞争实力;利用SWOT分析模型对公司整体进行评估分析,指导调整企业资源配置和战略管理,为后续设计公司发展战略奠定基础。基于此,确立公司战略目标、企业愿景以及战略指导原则,规划设计公司总体发展战略和具体发展战略;同时针对所设计的发展战略制定系列实施举措;在确定公司发展战略后,为保障战略实施工作顺利推进,从多方面制定针对性实施保障措施。最后,对研究进行简要总结,分析研究中存在的不足之处并提出后续展望。 本文是针对中国风电企业的发展战略管理问题进行研究,主要以华仪电气公司作为研究案例进行探讨。拟通过以华仪电气公司为案例的发展战略管理研究,以期提出科学合理的相关发展战略管理理论与实践框架,力求为中国风电企业发展战略管理研究与决策提供相应的理论支撑。也希望本文研究结果对其他类型企业在进行发展战略管理时起到一定的指导、借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the era of Internet sharing economy, industry competition is fierce, and the external and internal environments faced by enterprises are changing rapidly. Therefore, enterprises need to stand at the overall height, accurately grasp the external and internal fierce competition environment, clarify the development pulse of the times, find important means to seize opportunities, analyze, formulate and implement management enterprise development strategies, highlight and strengthen the core of the enterprise Competitiveness in order to continuously obtain the ability for sustainable development. Based on this, it is self-evident that enterprises carry out efficient development strategy management. This thesis takes Huayi Electric Company as the research object, comprehensively utilizes the related theoretical methods and tools of strategic management, systematically elaborates the basic situation of the company’s development, clarifies the company’s organizational development stage; conducts analysis and evaluation of the necessity of Huayi Electric Company’s development strategy management, in-depth Analyze the external and internal environment of the company, accurately grasp the company’s development positioning and future comprehensive development trends, and clarify the company’s market competitiveness; use the SWOT analysis model to evaluate and analyze the company as a whole, guide the adjustment of corporate resource allocation and strategic management, for follow-up Design the company's development strategy to lay the foundation. Based on this, establish the company's strategic goals, corporate vision and strategic guiding principles, plan and design the company's overall development strategy and specific development strategy; at the same time, formulate a series of implementation measures for the designed development strategy; after determining the company's development strategy, to ensure the implementation of the strategy Smooth progress, and formulate targeted implementation safeguard measures from various aspects. Finally, it briefly summarizes the research, analyzes the deficiencies in the research and proposes follow-up prospects. This thesis is to study the development strategy management issues of Chinese wind power enterprises, mainly using Huayi Electric Company as a research case. It is planned to adopt the development strategy management research of Huayi Electric Company as a case, with a view to proposing scientific and reasonable related development strategy management theory and practice framework, and strive to provide corresponding theoretical support for the development strategy management research and decision-making of Chinese wind power enterprises. It is also hoped that the results of this thesis can provide guidance and reference for other types of enterprises in their development strategy management. | |
