| 中文摘要: | 儿童阅读越来越受重视和绘本量的逐年攀升,导致图书馆对于绘本的组织整理需求相应增加。并且低幼龄儿童群体的绘本查询需求客观存在,但常被家长和图书馆工作人员忽略。现有的绘本检索系统和绘本排架与低幼龄儿童的认知不匹配,无法满足低幼龄儿童绘本查询需求。因此,从低幼龄儿童认知视角出发,了解其绘本查询策略具有重要意义。 本研究结合皮亚杰的认知发展理论和已有的绘本描述、绘本检索研究开展。考虑到儿童对于陌生研究者可能存在隔阂,成人儿童权利关系以及获取大样本量绘本查询策略数据的目的,引入科研众包模式。借助杭州图书馆少儿分馆读者活动,通过对家长进行培训,将绘本查询策略数据收集的任务众包给家长和儿童,通过线上进行数据收集,了解低幼龄儿童群体在模拟找书情境下是通过哪些信息查询绘本。将收集的数据进行人工清洗和整合,通过扎根理论的方法对数据进行三级编码,并提炼抽象出低幼龄儿童绘本查询的关键元素。在此基础上构建低幼龄儿童绘本查询策略的模型,并分析年龄段对于绘本查询策略的影响。 根据研究结果从图书馆的角度,分别从图书馆绘本检索系统、绘本排架、绘本标识体系层面提出相应的优化对策,以期图书馆能够更好地保障低幼龄儿童绘本查询。同时,提高社会各界对于低幼龄儿童群体的关注。最后,分析该研究的不足之处,提出展望,为今后的研究方向提供建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | More and more attention has been paid to children's reading and the number of picture books has been increasing year by year, leading to a corresponding increase in the demand for picture book organization and arrangement. In addition, the demand for picture book inquiry of the group of young children exists objectively, but is often ignored by parents and library staff. The existing picture book retrieval system and picture book shelving do not match the cognition of low - age children, and cannot meet the demand of picture book inquiry of low - age children. Therefore, from the cognitive perspective of young children, it is of great significance to understand their picture book search strategies. This study combines Piaget's cognitive development theory with existing picture book description and picture book retrieval studies. In consideration of the possible estrangement between children and strange researchers, the relationship between the rights of adults and children, and the purpose of obtaining the strategy data of large sample size picture book query, the research crowdsourcing model is introduced. With the help of the reader activity in children's branch of Hangzhou Library, parents are trained to crowdsource the task of collecting picture book query strategy data to parents and children. Through online data collection, it is possible to know what information the group of young children will search for picture books under the simulated book-finding situation. The collected data were cleaned and integrated manually, and the data were encoded at three levels through the method of grounded theory, and the key elements of picture book query for low children were extracted and abstracted. On this basis, a model of picture book query strategy for young children is constructed, and the influence of age on picture book query strategy is analyzed. According to the research results, from the perspective of libraries, corresponding optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of library picture book retrieval system, picture book shelving and picture book identification system, in the hope that libraries can better guarantee the search of picture books of young children. At the same time, to improve the social attention of the young children group.
