| 中文摘要: | 国家自改革开放以来,大力发展经济。在此背景下,企业一度将经济属性视为企业的本质属性,忽略了企业的社会嵌入属性,因此一度以牺牲社会嵌入性价值来换取经济价值最大化。由此,引发了一系列诸如出现唯利是图社会风气、生态环境破坏等社会问题,经济价值也因此受到影响。这反映出一些企业悖离了价值的系统性规律,以至于引发社会问题。这在一定程度上,解释了企业履行社会责任“脱嵌”、脱序现象频发的原因。企业履行社会责任、实现社会价值的活动,通常由企业价值观主导。企业价值观强调经济价值,则可能导致管理中刺激经济价值的倾向,而对其它非经济价值认知不足,割裂企业 “经济与社会、物质与精神”等多维价值的统一性,企业背离价值系统规律发展价值,是诱发企业社会问题和影响企业背离价值最大化目标的根源。这意味着,企业必须回归价值系统规律,塑造综合价值体系,以推进均衡价值创造机制落地,实现企业的综合价值。本文从企业社会责任理论基础上的共益企业均衡价值理论构念为研究起点,结合均衡价值落地的实践难点,分析了企业综合价值的系统规律。研究指出,本研究遵循了“基础研究—理论建构—实证研究”范式,选择运用扎根理论对案例企业进行扎根编码,逐步推演出本土文化视域下的企业综合价值体系理论框架,即,企业综合价值由“系统思维*价值机制* 利他价值行动倾向”的基础价值逻辑,和企业与“自然、社会、企业自身、人”等四类基本价值关系及其“四维”基础价值(“物质与精神、个体与集体、长期与短期、无形与有形”)构成。这为企业实现价值最大化目标,提供了顶层设计框架思路和下沉实践操作层面的价值组合体系化方向。本文基于本土道本管理思想,对价值相关理论进行了系统梳理,发现和凸显了价值的综合性、系统性规律,第一次明确提出了企业综合价值概念。在此基础上,完成了理论推演,构建了企业综合价值体系框架模型,对企业探索综合价值实践路径、实现企业价值最大目标提供了实践启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since China’s reform and opening up, the state has vigorously developed the economy. In this context, enterprises once regarded economic attributes as the essential attributes of enterprises, and ignored the embedded social attributes of enterprises, and even sacrificed social values to maximize economic values. As a result, a series of social problems ,such as profit-oriented social atmosphere and ecological environment destruction, have been triggered, and economic value has also been affected. This reflects that some enterprises have deviated from the systematic law of value to the point of causing social problems, to some extent,which explains the frequent occurrence of "disjointed" and disjointed in the fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities. The realization of corporate social responsibility value is usually dominated by corporate values. The emphasis of corporate values on economic value may lead to the tendency of stimulating economic value in management, while the lack of recognition of other non-economic value,which will separate the unity of "economic and social, material and spiritual" and other multi-dimensional values of the enterprise,which deviates from the law of value system to develop value is the root of inducing social problems and influencing enterprises to deviate from the goal of value maximization.. This means that enterprises must return to the law of value system and shape the comprehensive value system, so as to promote the implementation of balanced value creation mechanism to realize the comprehensive value of enterprises. Based on the theory of corporate social responsibility, this paper analyzes the systematic law of the comprehensive value of enterprises by taking the balanced value theory as the starting point and combining with the practical difficulties in the implementation of balanced value. This research followed the paradigm of “basic research ,construction theory, empirical research”, and selected using the grounded theory to root coding of case enterprise, gradually pushed the performance of enterprise from the local culture value system theoretical framework, namely, which is composed of the basic value logic of "system thinking * value mechanism * altruistic value action tendency", and four basic value relations between enterprises Abstract III and "nature, society, enterprises themselves and human", and four basic values of "four dimensions" (" material and spirit, individual and collective, long-term and short-term, intangible and tangible "). This provides the enterprise with the goal of value maximization, the top-level design framework and the systematic direction of value combination in practice. Based on the local dao-based management thought, this paper makes a systematic review of value-related theories, finds and highlights the comprehensive and systematic law of value, and puts forward the concept of enterprise comprehensive value clearly for the first time. On this basis, the theoretical deduction is completed and the framework model of enterprise comprehensive value system is constructed, which provides practical enlightenment for enterprises to explore the comprehensive value practice path and realize the maximum goal of enterprise value. | |
