| 中文摘要: | 物流网络运营的改善是当前诸多跨国企业获取更多市场竞争的途径之一,并贯穿于跨国企业供应链运营管理中的诸多环节,包括国际运输、物流服务商的选择、集配中心的选址、库存管理、物流成本控制、物流配送等。 物流网络改善是进出口企业以及大型跨国企业所必然要面对的现实问题。如今已经有越来越多的企业通过成功进行物流网络改善企业供应物流的流程,实现物流资源的优化配置,达到降低物流成本管理,构建完善供应链的目的。 本文以H公司为例,探讨物流网络改善方案。首先从企业供应链整体物流运营操作出发,论述H公司物流网络改善的重要性,结合当前国内外相关研究成果,结合工作实际,提出研究问题。然后,对H公司物流网络运营的现状进行分析,包括其供应商的订单发运问题、物流服务商的管理问题、中国国内单双集配中心的选择等,并点出当前该公司物流网络运营存在的问题。之后运用定量与定性相结合分析的方法阐述H公司物流网络运用存在的问题,包括供应商发货问题、运输物流的节点操作的改善,运输成本问题、物流网络规划问题等,并明确H公司物流网络运营的流程及网络改善的重要性。 本文重点提出H公司物流网络改善的具体方案,包括改善供应商发货问题、供应商协同机制的改进方案、供应商发货运输模式的改善,简化国内集配中心策略、集配中心的升级策略以及集配中心的运输改善策略, 对上述问题进行论证,并对所提出的改善方案进行成本降低的预测分析。最后验证改善方案对H公司物流网络的物流流程改善及成本效益提升的评价。 本文通过H公司改善整体物流网络节点运营操作改善的案例分析,总结了企业在物流成本控制中的一种最佳国际物流网络进口改善的实践方式。本研究的改善成果可为同类企业及具有国际业务的企业更好地开展物流业务提供参考与借鉴。 最后也提出了论文的展望与不足,将在今后的实际物流网络运营中,继续摸索与进一步完善。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The improvement of logistics network operation is one of the ways for many multinational enterprises to obtain more market competition, and runs through many links in the supply chain operation management of multinational enterprises, including international transportation, selection of logistics service providers, location selection of distribution center, inventory management, logistics cost control, logistics distribution, etc.. The improvement of logistics network is an inevitable problem for import and export enterprises and large multinational enterprises. Nowadays, more and more enterprises have successfully carried out logistics network to improve the process of supply logistics, optimize the allocation of logistics resources, reduce logistics cost management, and build a perfect supply chain. Taking H company as an example, this paper discusses the improvement plan of logistics network. First of all, starting from the overall logistics operation of the enterprise supply chain, this paper discusses the importance of H company's logistics network improvement, and puts forward research problems based on the current domestic and foreign related research results and the actual work. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of H company's logistics network operation, including its supplier's order shipping problem, logistics service provider's management problem, China's domestic selection of single and dual distribution center, and points out the current problems of the company's logistics network operation. After that, the paper uses the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis to explain the problems existing in the application of H company's logistics network, including the problems of suppliers' delivery, the improvement of node operation of transportation logistics, transportation cost, logistics network planning, etc., and to clarify the process of H company's logistics network operation and the importance of network improvement. This paper focuses on the specific solutions to improve the logistics network of H company, including the improvement of the supplier delivery problem, the improvement of the supplier coordination mechanism, the improvement of the supplier delivery transportation mode, the simplification of the domestic centralized distribution center strategy, the upgrading strategy of the centralized distribution center and the transportation improvement strategy of the centralized distribution center, Demonstrate the above problems, and predict and analyze the cost reduction of the proposed improvement plan. Finally, verify the evaluation of the improvement plan on the logistics process improvement and cost-benefit improvement of H company's logistics network. Based on the case analysis of H company improving the operation of the whole logistics network node, this paper summarizes a best practice of international logistics network import improvement in logistics cost control. The improvement results of this study can provide reference for similar enterprises and enterprises with international business to better carry out logistics business. In the end, it also puts forward the prospect and shortcomings of the paper, which will be explored and further improved in the future actual logistics network operation. | |
