| 中文摘要: | 聚氯乙烯是我国第一、世界第二大通用型合成树脂材料,同时也属于全球五大通用树脂材料的重要构成之一。该产品是天津大沽化工股份有限公司的重要产品之一,根据天津大沽化工股份有限公司多元化、国际化发展的战略部署,聚氯乙烯装置的搬迁改造项目,能够给企业的后续发展创造良好的机会,有助于更好地参与市场竞争,提高自身的综合实力。大沽化工聚氯乙烯装置项目是天津港“8.12”大爆炸事件后,积极加强自我改造和优化产业布局而新建的化工项目,对该化工项目进行风险管理,对天津地区特别是滨海新区的化工装置建设都具备一定的实践价值。 在具体的课题研究过程中,第一步经过查找和梳理项目管理、风险控制方面的文献资料,对于其理论内容进行回顾和总结,研究项目风险领域的各类理论,进一步深入论述各个国家关于项目风险管理的具体研究进展;其次,介绍了大沽化工股份有限公司背景,对大沽化工聚氯乙烯装置项目的独特性进行分析,总结了项目风险的特点;再次,对大沽化工聚氯乙烯装置项目进行了风险识别分析,发现大沽化工聚氯乙烯装置项目在项目立项阶段、实施阶段、试生产阶段、竣工及投入运行环节都面临着差异性的风险,另外对此项目所面临的风险要素展开了相应的风险度量研究;最后,按照风险识别以及度量研究的所得结果信息,设定针对性的应对方案与处理措施,进而实现了此次案例项目的风险控制分析工作。 论文把项目风险管理相关理论运用到大沽化工公司项目中,针对各个风险因素制定相应的应对措施,归纳整理得出一套适合大沽化工公司聚氯乙烯装置项目风险管理分析的基础方案,有利于在项目实施过程中将风险降至最低,最终实现项目建设目标,具有一定的应用创新价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is the first and the second largest general-purpose synthetic resin material in China and the world, and it is also one of the important components of the five universal resin materials in the world. The product is one of the important products of Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co., Ltd. according to the strategic deployment of diversified and international development of Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co., Ltd., the relocation and transformation project of PVC plant can create good opportunities for the subsequent development of the enterprise, help to better participate in market competition and improve its comprehensive strength. Dagu chemical PVC plant project is a new chemical project after the "8.12" explosion in Tianjin port, which actively strengthens self transformation and optimizes industrial layout. Risk management of the chemical project has certain practical value for the chemical plant construction in Tianjin area, especially in Binhai New Area. In the specific research process, the first step is to search and sort out the literature on project management and risk control, review and summarize the theoretical content, study various theories in the field of project risk, and further discuss the specific research progress of project risk management in various countries; secondly, the background of Dagu Chemical Co., Ltd. is introduced, and the development trend of project risk management is analyzed The uniqueness of the project is analyzed, and the characteristics of the project risk are summarized. Thirdly, the risk identification and analysis of Dagu chemical PVC plant project are carried out. It is found that the project is faced with different risks in the project approval stage, implementation stage, trial production stage, completion and operation Finally, according to the result information of risk identification and measurement research, we set up targeted response plan and treatment measures, and then realized the risk control analysis of the case project.
