| 中文摘要： | 化学工业在我国经济建设中起着至关重要的作用，其中草酸行业经过多年的发展已经趋于成熟稳定。随着改革开放步伐加快，经济转型加速，国家与国民环境保护意识与需求与日俱增。在新旧动能转化的大背景下，基础化工行业面临着巨大挑战，企业发展的风险和不确定性明显增强。 丰元公司是我国草酸行业的代表性企业，其生产的工业草酸和精制草酸在国内和国际市场广受好评。但是产业结构调整的新形势对工业企业尤其是中小型制造企业具有非常明显的影响，近年来国家对企业节能减排的要求达到前所未有的高度，环境保护政策和安全生产政策趋于严谨，企业转型升级的压力迫在眉睫。丰元股份应该制定何种战略和措施，以谋求企业的持续发展，迎接新的挑战和竞争，成为公司必须面对的重大战略问题。公司应对自身所处的环境以及拥有的资源做出深入细致的分析，以先进的战略理论为指导，重新确定市场定位和发展目标，提出应对新的形式和新的挑战的发展战略和保障措施，以保持在市场激烈竞争中的独特优势。 本文运用文献研究、个案研究和诊断研究等多种研究方法，依托纵向一体化发展战略理论，系统探析了丰元股份所处的产业、外部环境和公司所有的资源与实力，从而在此基础上进一步识别丰元的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战，最后得出了丰元股份应当选择前向一体化发展战略的结论，且提出了实施路径、保障措施等。目前我国正处在新旧动能转换的关键时期，丰元股份所在的山东省被国务院批准建立第一个试验区，所以公司应抓住机遇，沿着基础化学的产业链向下游延伸，推进科技含量更高的锂电池正极材料项目。 本文通过对国内化工行业的系统分析，不仅对丰元股份发展战略的制定和实施具有指导意义，而且对全国同类基础化工公司在激烈的市场角逐中寻求适合自身的发展道路具有一定的借鉴和指引作用。 关键词：丰元股份；纵向一体化；发展战略；化工行业 | |
| 英文摘要： | Chemical industry plays an important role in Chines economic construction, among which oxalic acid industry has become mature and stable after years of development. As the pace of reform and opening up accelerates, economic transformation intensifies, and environmental protection awareness and demand increase day by day, in the context of the transformation of new and old driving forces, the basic chemical industry is facing great challenges, and the uncertainty of enterprise development increases. Fengyuan CO.,LTD is a leading enterprise in oxalic acid industry, and its production of industrial oxalic acid and refined oxalic acid in the domestic and international markets widely acclaimed. However, the new situation of industrial readjustment has a very obvious impact on industrial enterprises, especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. In recent years, the national requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises have been raised to an unprecedented height. Environmental protection policies and safety production policies are becoming more and more stringent, and the pressure of enterprise transformation and upgrading is imminent. What tactics and measures should fengyuan develop to meet the new challenges and competition for the sustainable development of the enterprise has become a major strategic problem that the company has to face. Enterprises must make a detailed analysis of the environment they are in and the resources they have. Under the guidance of advanced strategic theories, they should redefine the market positioning and development goals, and put forward strategies and safeguard measures suitable for stage development, so as to gain and maintain their advantages in market competition. This thesis uses literature research, case study and diagnosis of a variety of methods, such as relying on the development strategy of vertical integration theory, systematic analysis of the external environment faced by Fengyuan CO.,LTD as well as its own resources and capabilities, then identify the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and finally puts forward the Fengyuan CO.,LTD vertical integration strategy and its specific path of research conclusion, and pointed out the strategy of implementing measures. China is now in the transition period between new and old driving forces. Shandong province, where Fengyuan is located, has been approved to establish the first pilot zone, so the enterprise should extend downstream along the industrial chain of basic chemistry and build a lithium battery anode material project with higher technology content. Through the systematic analysis of the domestic chemical industry, this thesis not only has a guiding significance for the formulation and implementation of the development strategy of Fengyuan CO.,LTD, but also has a certain reference and guiding role for other basic chemical enterprises in China to find the most appropriate development direction of their own enterprises in the fierce market competition.
