中文摘要:摘要诚运公司全称巴林左旗诚运商贸有限公司,位于内蒙古,公司经营范围包括建材、矿产品、建筑工程机械及设备租赁、道路普通货物运输。公司作为初创期的企业,面对日趋竞争激烈的市场环境,亟需要明确公司的差异化定位,制定公司的竞争策略。首先,通过外部环境分析,明确了诚运公司发展面临的机会、威胁。面临的机会有:国家政策支持。这几年国家越来越重视物流行业的发展,制定了一系列支持物流行业发展的政策措施,为物流行业提供了坚实的政策基础和方向指导;良好的经济形势。但也面临一定的竞争威胁,当前,我国物流行业的竞争者较多,有实力较强的综合物流公司、中型物流公司和数量众多的小物流公司。运输行业进入壁垒较低,基本上几个人加几辆货车就可以营业。其次,通过研究分析得出以下结论,诚运公司的优势主要包括以下几个方面:固定的客户资源。诚运公司当前主要的客户是赤峰山金银铅有限公司、葫芦岛锌冶炼有限公司;客户关系管理能力较强。物流运输公司要为客户提供安全、优质的运输服务,并且要有稳定的客户关系,只有这样才能为公司的发展开拓市场;较强的运输协调能力。运输协调方面公司成立以来多次承运单件上百吨的大型设备,能协调各方关系,顺利完成客户交予任务。第三,比较分析了差异化战略、集中化战略和成本领先战略,最终确定要选择差异化竞争战略。诚运公司通过提供具有独特性的产品和服务,增强顾客的忠诚度,提高企业的利润。诚运公司非常注重客户服务,维护和客户的关系。公司成立以来,实现了运输零事故,送货及时率高。这些都形成了诚运公司的竞争优势和独特性。诚运公司从运营管理差异化、物流技术差异化、客户服务差异化和品牌形象差异化着手。最后,为了保障诚运公司差异化战略的顺利实施。诚运公司从强化人力资源管理、组织结构优化和安全监督管理几个方面辅助实施。针对于诚运公司竞争战略的研究还存在一定的缺陷和不足,有待于完善和改进。未来要强化对竞争战略落地效果的评估和跟踪,及时进行纠偏。 关键词:诚运公司;物流行业;竞争战略

Transport industry entry barriers are low, basically a few people and a few trucks can be operated. In addition, the government encourages mass entrepreneurship and innovation. More and more logistics companies are established in the name of individuals. Buyers have strong bargaining power. Secondly, through the internal environment analysis, we conclude the advantages and disadvantages of Chengyun Company. The advantages of sincere transport company mainly include the following aspects: fixed customer resources. The main products of logistics companies are services, and customers are the main assets of logistics companies. Thirdly, through SWOT analysis and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three competitive strategies, we finally determined that chengyun company should adopt differentiated competitive strategy. By providing unique products and services, chengyun company enhances customer loyalty and improves corporate profits. Sincere transport company attaches great importance to customer service, maintenance and customer relations. Since its establishment, the company has realized zero transportation accidents and high timely delivery rate. These have formed the competitive advantage and uniqueness of chengyun company. Chengyun company from the operation management differentiation, logistics technology differentiation, customer service differentiation and brand image differentiation. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the differentiation strategy of Chengyun Company. Chengyun Company’s strengthening is human resources management, organizational structure optimization and safety supervision management to assist the implementation of several aspects. There are still some defects and deficiencies in the research on the competitive strategy of Chengyun Company, which need to be perfected and improved. In the future, we should strengthen the evaluation and tracking of the implementation effect of the competitive strategy and correct the deviation in time.
