| 中文摘要: | 人的交际关系是由一层又一层亲密网所构造产生的,这些亲密关系就包含家庭关系、政商关系、校友关系等,中国一直深受孔子儒家传统思想影响,故很多人称之为“人情社会”。其中最为突出的一层关系便是老乡关系,“月是故乡圆,人是故乡好。”一个人纵使走遍天涯海角,对乡音乡情、乡风乡俗也不会忘记。古时有同乡会,现时有商会等组织机构。可见,老乡关系是根植在中国企业家之间的亲密关系。老乡关系体现双方对彼此语言、文化背景上的认可。董事长与总经理作为公司的核心管理人员,他们之间的亲密关系,一方面能够天然形成一道屏障,消除不必要的隔阂,在大政方针上容易达到意见上的统一,从而影响公司的治理水平。同时,另一方面,因为决策者受到的文化背景、城市精神存在同质性,所以决策的知识面有重合,可能会存在无效的决策。创新决策作为公司最为重要的投资决策之一,总经理作为最高决策者,往往起到拍板定案的作用。但是中国特殊的人情关系存在,使得决策并非是独立的,而是会通过总经理与董事长的资源、偏好贯串在企业的各种研发投入与产出中,会考虑到人情关系的合理配置,因此管理层对企业创新绩效的作用必然受到总经理与董事长之间老乡关系的影响。 实证部分,文章结合数据库和手工收集整理出2012-2018年A股上市公司的董事长和总经理的籍贯信息,对董事长和总经理的老乡关系是否影响企业创新绩效进行实证检验。研究发现企业董事长与总经理的老乡关系能促进企业创新绩效。分组研究发现,董事长和总经理的老乡关系与创新绩效的正相关关系主要体现在民营企业中,也符合日常认知。引入市场化指数后,在市场化进程高的地区,老乡关系对创新绩效的促进作用不明显。 在结果的支撑下,本文提出相关启示和建议:老乡关系对经济发展产生深远影响,老乡关系对于减少不确定性,增强人与人之间的信任,增进共识具有重要意义。因此,企业的职业经理人可以在选拔过程中改善机制,在日常培训过程中适当整合文化元素,关注公司高层管理者之间的文化认知背景、处事价值观,增强团队的文化认同感,这有助于高级管理人员减少制定重要决策时的沟通和代表成本,提高企业的创新绩效。同时,监管机构必须督促上市公司提供有关高管个人特征的详细信息,包括籍贯信息,以确保投资者有权了解上市公司高管人员所在的基本条件。 | |

These intimate relationships include family relationships, political and business relationships, alumni relationships, etc. China has been deeply influenced by Confucian traditional ideology, so many people call it "human relations." society". One of the most prominent relationships is the relationship between the hometowns. "The month is the hometown, and the man is the hometown." Even if he travels all over the world, he will not forget the local nostalgia and local customs. In the old days, there were associations in the township, and now there are organizations such as the chamber of commerce. It can be seen that the relationship between fellows is a close relationship rooted in Chinese entrepreneurs. The relationship between fellows reflects the mutual recognition of each other's language and cultural background. As the company's core management personnel, the close relationship between the chairman and the general manager can naturally form a barrier on the one hand, eliminate unnecessary gaps, and easily reach a unified opinion on major policies, thereby affecting the company's governance level . At the same time, on the other hand, because the cultural background and urban spirit of decision makers are homogeneous, the knowledge of decision making overlaps, and there may be invalid decisions. As one of the company's most important investment decisions, innovation decision-making, as the highest decision-maker, often plays a role in finalizing the case. However, China's special human relationship exists, so that the decision-making is not independent. Instead, the resources and preferences of the general manager and the chairman are serialized in various R & D inputs and outputs of the enterprise, and the reasonable allocation of human relationships will be considered. Therefore, the management's role in corporate innovation performance is bound to be affected by the relationship between the general manager and the chairman. In the empirical part, the article combines the database and manual collection of the birthplace information of the chairman and general manager of A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2018, and conducts an empirical test on whether the relationship between the chairman and general manager's hometown affects the innovation performance of the company. The study found that the relationship between the chairman and the general manager of the company can promote the innovation performance of the company. The group research found that the positive correlation between the relationship between the chairman and the general manager and the innovation performance is mainly reflected in private enterprises, which is also in line with daily cognition. After the introduction of the marketization index, in areas where the marketization process is high, the relationship between villagers and rural residents has not played a significant role in promoting innovation performance. Based on the empirical results, this article puts forward relevant enlightenments and suggestions: the relationship between fellows has a profound impact on economic development, and the relationship between fellows is important to reduce uncertainty, strengthen trust between people, and promote consensus. Therefore, professional managers of enterprises can improve the mechanism during the selection process, properly integrate cultural elements in the daily training process, pay attention to the cultural cognition background and service values among the company's senior managers, and enhance the team's cultural identity. Help senior managers reduce the cost of communication and representation when making important decisions, and improve the innovation performance of the company. At the same time, regulators must urge listed companies to provide detailed information on the personal characteristics of executives, including domicile information, to ensure that investors have the right to understand the basic conditions of listed company executives. | |
