中文摘要：	在知识经济和信息技术发展的背景下，数字图书馆知识服务能力建设管理和评估成为重要的研究问题。随着信息技术的发展和用户需求的不断转变，知识服务机构和知识服务系统的增加，数字图书馆知识服务面临愈发激烈的竞争，因此要求该能力协同发展，实现该能力效益最大化、知识增值最大化。但目前鲜少有从信息生态链角度对数字图书馆知识服务能力进行评价的研究。因此，引入信息生态链理论，从信息流转过程及其协同作用角度出发，分析数字图书馆知识服务能力，构建数字图书馆知识服务能力评价体系，可以为数字图书馆知识服务能力评价提供了一种新的研究视角。 本研究将信息生态链理论与数字图书馆知识服务能力的建设发展相结合，构建信息生态链视角下的数字图书馆知识服务能力模型，分析数字图书馆知识服务能力的构成要素、信息流转、协同作用、能力价值。基于此，从过程能力和能力价值两个维度构建评价体系，分别分析指标内部的相关关系，确定指标权重。此外，运用该评价指标体系对中国知网进行实例分析。 本研究的贡献主要包括：①提出信息生态链视角下的数字图书馆知识服务能力模型，从生态链的信息流转细化数字图书馆知识服务过程能力，从生态链构成因素之间的协同作用揭示过程能力内外部的协同作用和不同信息主体之间的协同作用，从生态链价值明确知识服务能力产出效益，即知识增值。②采用专家访谈和网络分析法，从知识服务过程能力和能力价值两个维度，确定信息生态链视角下的数字图书馆知识服务能力评价指标及其权重，明确过程能力和能力价值内部指标之间的网络关系。
英文摘要：	Under the background of knowledge economy and information technology development, the management and evaluation of knowledge service capacity of digital library has become an important research problem. With the development of information technology and user needs changing, the increase of the knowledge service and knowledge service system, digital library knowledge service is facing increasingly fierce competition, therefore requires the coordinated development of digital library knowledge service ability, realize maximum benefits of digital library knowledge service ability, knowledge value maximization. However, there are few researches on the evaluation of digital library knowledge service capability from the perspective of information ecological chain. Therefore, the introduction of information ecological chain theory, from the perspective of information flow process and its synergistic effect, analyzes the knowledge service capability of digital library, and constructs the evaluation system of knowledge service capability of digital library, which can provide a new research perspective for the evaluation of knowledge service capability of digital library. This study combines the theory of information ecological chain with the construction and development of digital library's knowledge service capability, constructs a digital library's knowledge service capability model from the perspective of information ecological chain, and analyzes the collaborative relationship of knowledge service capability. On this basis, the evaluation system is constructed, the correlation relationship between indicators is analyzed, and the index weight is determined. Then, the evaluation index system is used to make an empirical analysis of cnki, and some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the future knowledge service capacity construction of digital library. Contribution of this study include: (1) is put forward under the perspective of iec digital library knowledge service ability of model, the model of ecological factors, the ability of knowledge acquisition, knowledge absorptive capacity, knowledge innovation ability, the ability to apply knowledge service four knowledge service process capability and process capability analysis knowledge service wife ability of the collaborative relationship between the cooperative relations and the process capability.(2) using expert interviews and network analysis to determine the digital library knowledge service capability evaluation index and its weight from the perspective of information ecological chain. The index system includes four first-level indicators, namely, knowledge acquisition ability, knowledge absorption ability, knowledge innovation ability and knowledge service application ability, with 12 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators. (3) make an empirical analysis of CNKI by using the evaluation index system, and evaluate the construction of knowledge service ability to be in a good level according to the score of expert survey.
