中文摘要: | 目前知识经济正在加速发展,知识管理逐渐成为组织管理的常用手段,知识转移作为知识管理的组成部分,其重要性也日益凸显。政府公务员知识转移,不仅能够加速知识交流促进知识创新,提高公务员工作效率,还能够提高公务员自身知识水平。政府公务员知识转移是指为实现公务员个体或政府的健康发展,在政府内部将知识从知识的拥有者向知识的接收者转移的过程。知识转移是一种社会性的活动,个体是知识转移的最基本单元,对个体公务员知识转移的研究有利于进一步认识团体、组织层面的知识转移,本文以公务员个体为出发点,对政府公务员知识转移进行探讨。 首先本文对研究背景意义进行探讨,在对相关文献进行回顾的基础上提出研究的重点在于揭示政府公务员知识转移效果的影响因素。其次,对知识转移相关理论、政府中的知识转移基础等研究与其他相关理论进行梳理。再次,根据对相关研究的分析整理,从知识传递方、知识接收方、转移内容、转移媒介、转移情境五个因素入手,结合政府公务员的特点,创建了政府公务员知识转移效果影响因素初步模型。最后通过实证研究对影响因素模型进行验证,采用问卷调查法收集数据,利用SPSS统计分析软件对收集的数据进行分析检验,确定最终政府公务员知识转移效果影响因素模型并提出优化政府公务员知识转移的建议。 | |
英文摘要: | At present, the development of knowledge economy is accelerating, and knowledge management has gradually become a common means of organizational management. As a part of knowledge management, knowledge transfer has become increasingly important. Knowledge transfer of government civil servants can not only accelerate knowledge exchange, promote knowledge innovation, improve the efficiency of civil servants, but also improve their own knowledge level. Knowledge transfer of government civil servants refers to the process of transferring knowledge from the owner of knowledge to the receiver of knowledge within the government in order to realize the healthy development of civil servants or the government. Knowledge transfer is a kind of social activity, and the individual is the most basic unit of knowledge transfer. The research on knowledge transfer of individual civil servants is conducive to further understanding the knowledge transfer at the level of groups and organizations. This dissertation discusses the knowledge transfer of government civil servants from the perspective of individual civil servants. First of all, this dissertation discusses the significance of the research background. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature, it puts forward that the key point of the research is to reveal the influencing factors of the knowledge transfer effect of government officials. Secondly, the relevant theories of knowledge transfer, the basis of knowledge transfer in government and other relevant theories are combed. Thirdly, according to the analysis of the relevant research, from the five factors of knowledge transfer party, knowledge receiver, transfer content, transfer media, transfer context, combined with the characteristics of government civil servants, a preliminary model of influencing factors of knowledge transfer effect of government civil servants is established. Finally, through the empirical study to verify the influencing factor model, using the questionnaire survey method to collect data, using SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze and test the collected data, to determine the final influencing factor model of knowledge transfer effect of government civil servants and put forward suggestions to optimize the knowledge transfer of government civil servants. | |
