中文摘要：	新冠病毒疫情引发的公共卫生危机对于全球经济社会发展产生重大影响，实体经济和消费需求受到巨大冲击。2020年1月31日凌晨，本次新型冠状病毒引发的疫情被WHO正式列为“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”（PHEIC）。企业是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分，在重大公共卫生事件背景下，企业不仅自身面临较大困难，更进一步唤醒了社会意识，直面一场巨大的伦理考验。企业尤其是对于具有强大实力的经济实体，如何平衡自身的生存发展诉求与社会责任担当，值得深入分析研究。在应对突发性公共卫生事件时，企业对社会责任承担的反应和具体行动不仅会对企业的形象有一定的影响，还会对各利益相关主体产生影响。企业伦理在企业应对重大公共卫生事件时发挥重要作用，健康的企业伦理使得企业在应对重大事件冲击时能够做出科学合理的决策，能够适当的减缓突发事件冲击带来的企业经济波动，同时对于社会经济、生活秩序的恢复有着至关重要的影响。本文以重大公共卫生事件应对中的企业伦理问题为研究内容，以本次新型冠状病毒疫情的发生为研究背景，在介绍了企业伦理相关概念和理论的基础上，创造性地从利益相关者的视角对重大公共卫生事件下企业的伦理问题进行了分析，并对出现伦理问题的原因进行了剖析。接着，本文对伦理决策模型进行了介绍，并对企业内部伦理的决策机制进行分析，并选取了在疫情之下提供重要生活服务的企业，阿里巴巴进行案例分析，通过案例分析，对企业伦理的问题进行思考，在此基础上对企业伦理的建设提出了一些建议。本文从企业伦理文化建设、企业内部伦理机构设置、企业人力资源管理指导思想、企业对社会责任承担的认识等四个方面对企业伦理的建设进行指导，为企业伦理的建设提供了理论的支持，为企业应对重大公共卫生事件提供了指引。
英文摘要：	The public health crisis triggered by the novel Coronavirus epidemic has a great impact on the global economic and social development, and the real economy and consumer demand have been greatly impacted. The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic was first reported on the morning of January 31, 2020 in Beijing, and was officially classified as "public health emergencies of international concern" by the WHO. Enterprises are an important part of China's socialist market economy. Under the background of major public health events, enterprises not only face great difficulties, but also arouse social consciousness and face a huge ethical test. How enterprises balance their demands for survival and development with their social responsibilities, especially for powerful economic entities, deserves in-depth analysis and research. When dealing with sudden public health events, enterprises' response to social responsibility and specific actions will not only have a certain impact on the image of enterprises, but also have an impact on all stakeholders. Enterprise ethics in the enterprise dealing with the major public health events play an important role, enterprise ethics makes enterprises in dealing with the major events of health shocks to make scientific and reasonable decision, can be appropriate to slow the progress of the incident shock enterprise economic fluctuations, and the social economy, has a vital influence the recovery of life order. This paper takes the novel coronavirus epidemic as the research background and based on the introduction of the relevant concepts and theories of enterprise ethics, analyzes the ethical problems of enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders and creatively analyzes the causes of ethical problems. Then, this paper introduces the ethical decision-making model, analyzes the internal ethical decision-making mechanism of the enterprise, and selects an enterprise, Alibaba, which provides important life services under the epidemic situation, for case analysis. Through the case, this paper makes a comparative thinking on the issues of enterprise ethics, and on this basis, proposes the construction of enterprise ethics some suggestions were made. This paper mainly guides the construction of enterprise ethics from four aspects: the construction of enterprise ethics culture, the establishment of enterprise internal ethics institutions, the guiding ideology of enterprise human resource management, and the understanding of enterprise's social responsibility. It provides theoretical support for the construction of enterprise ethics, and provides guidance for the behavior of enterprises in response to major public health events. The research of this paper is reasonable on the dual significance of theory and practice.
