中文摘要：	在我国，农村人口占总人口的大多数。关注农村居民生活、推动乡村振兴，对我国的现代化有着重要意义，而关注广大农村基层人民身体健康状况是推进乡村振兴和健康中国战略的重要一环。在农村环境中研究居民的健康信息行为，引导广大农村基层人民选择适当方式搜寻健康信息，获取准确可靠的健康信息并有效利用，以促进健康乡村建设，是一个值得关注的议题。本研究旨在探究农村居民健康信息搜寻和采纳行为的基本特征，以及分析农村居民健康信息搜寻与采纳的作用机制。作者首先对22位不同年龄段的农村居民进行访谈，通过对访谈数据编码分析，构建了农村居民健康信息搜寻与采纳行为的初始模型，并提取了搜寻与采纳行为的基本特征。然后依据前期研究结果展开大规模调研，了解农村居民健康信息搜寻采纳行为的基本情况并检验了各个年龄段的农村居民健康信息搜寻与采纳行为差异，发现农村居民在健康信息需求、健康信息搜寻渠道、健康信息利用方式方面都与城市居民存在差异，这也是数字鸿沟的具体体现，并且农村老年人更明显的受到数字鸿沟的影响。研究还进一步对农村居民健康信息搜寻与采纳行为模型进行了分析和检验，发现农村居民在搜寻康信息时，获取的健康信息质量以及搜寻者对信息获取渠道的信任会影响用户对风险和收益的主观感受，进而影响到信息采纳行为，而信息采纳行为对农村居民的持续信息搜寻有着正向作用。在这个过程中，健康关注会调节主观感知对信息采纳的作用关系。同时，健康自我效能会影响农村居民的健康信息采纳以及持续的健康信息搜寻。本研究着眼于农村居民的健康信息搜寻与采纳行为，丰富了健康信息行为领域的研究。同时可以为国家相关部门制定农村健康政策和开展健康信息服务提供科学的理论依据。
英文摘要：	The fact that the rural population accounts for the majority of the national population is the basic national condition of China. Paying attention to the life of rural residents and promoting rural vitalization is of great significance to the modernization of our country. It is a worthy topic to study residents' health information behavior in the rural environment, guide the rural residents to choose appropriate ways to search for health information, obtain accurate and reliable health information and make effective use of it. The purpose of this study is to explore the basic characteristics of rural residents' health information seeking and adoption behavior, and to analyze the mechanism of rural residents' health information seeking and adoption. Firstly, the author conducted semi-structured interviews with 22 rural residents of different ages and coded the interview data.Then, based on the qualitative research results, a questionnaire was prepared to conduct a large-scale survey on rural residents, so as to understand the basic characteristics of rural residents' health information seeking and adoption behavior, and examine the differences between rural residents' health information search and adoption behavior of different ages. Further study on the rural residents' health information seeking and adoption behavior correlation model is analyzed and inspection, found that rural residents in the process of health information seeking, r health information quality and the trust of information sources will affect the subjective feelings of the risks and benefits, thus affect the information adoption behavior, and further information adoption behavior affect rural residents for information seeking. In this process, health concerns regulate the role of subjective perception in information adoption.At the same time, the health self-efficacy of rural residents will affect the health information adoption behavior and the sustained health information seeking behavior. Of this study is to focus on for the health information seeking and adoption behavior of rural residents, enrich the research in the field of health information , is helpful to provide scientific theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate rural health policies and provide health information services.
