中文摘要：	不确定性是近年来创业者所面临的创业环境的主要特征之一。创业者生活在不确定的环境中，需要在这种环境下做出有效的决策。弗吉尼亚大学达顿商学院的Sarasvathy教授提出效果推理理论，该理论作为不确定环境中创业者的一种有效决策理论，已经证明会对新创企业绩效有着正向的影响。近年来关于效果推理理论的研究不断深化，但是目前相对缺乏从心理学视角来探索效果推理逻辑如何形成的研究。因此本研究从心理学视角出发，关注创业者效果推理逻辑的形成机制。 效果推理理论指出，创业者主要遵循两种决策逻辑，分别是效果推理逻辑和因果推理逻辑。本研究整合动机和行为两个视角，探索两种决策逻辑如何形成，以及环境不确定性如何影响创业者对于两种决策逻辑的选择。基于此，本研究提出三个研究问题：（1）目标导向是否影响创业者决策逻辑的形成。（2）创业学习是否中介目标导向与创业者决策逻辑之间的关系。（3）环境不确定性是否能够调节创业学习的中介作用。本文在上述三个问题的基础上提出研究假设并构建研究模型。 本研究采用问卷调研的方法采集研究数据。通过委托专业的市场调研公司进行样本采集，最终收回有效问卷样本203份。在样本数据通过信效度检验之后对研究假设进行检验。实证研究结果表明，学习目标导向和绩效趋近目标导向正向影响效果推理和因果推理，绩效规避目标导向负向影响效果推理和因果推理。创业学习在目标导向与创业者决策逻辑之间发挥着中介作用。环境不确定性正向调节创业学习在效果推理路径中的中介作用。 本研究分析目标导向和创业学习如何影响创业者决策逻辑，以及环境不确定对创业者决策逻辑选择的影响。研究结果深化了效果推理前端因素的研究，论证了效果推理并非专家型创业者所特有的决策逻辑，并为创业者运用效果推理决策提供了理论依据。
英文摘要：	Uncertainty is one of the main characteristics of the entrepreneurial environment faced by entrepreneurs in recent years. Entrepreneurs live in an uncertain world and need to make effective decisions under uncertainty. Sarasvathy, a professor at the university of Virginia's Darden school of business, proposed the theory of effectuation, which has been shown to have a positive impact on the new venture performance as an effective decision-making theory for entrepreneurs under uncertainty. In recent years, the research on the effectuation has been deepened, but there is relatively little research on how the effectual logic is formed from the perspective of psychology. Therefore, this study take perspective of psychology, focuses on the formation mechanism of entrepreneur effectual logic. The effectuation theory points out that entrepreneurs mainly follow two kinds of decision logic, namely the effectual logic and the causal logic. This study integrates the perspectives of motivation and behavior to explore how the two kinds of decision logic are formed and how the environmental uncertainty affects the choice of entrepreneurs for the two kinds of decision logic. Based on this, this study proposes three research questions: (1) whether goal orientation affects the formation of decision logic of entrepreneurs. (2) whether entrepreneurial learning mediates the relationship between goal orientation and decision logic of entrepreneurs. (3) whether environmental uncertainty can moderate the mediating effect of entrepreneurial learning. On the basis of the above three questions, this paper proposes the research hypothesis and constructs the research model. This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect research data. Through entrusting a professional market research company to collect samples, 203 valid questionnaire samples were collected. The research hypothesis was tested after the sample data passed the reliability and validity test. The empirical results show that learning goal orientation and performance approach goal orientation positively affect effectuation and causation, while performance avoidance goal orientation negatively affects effectuation and causation. Entrepreneurial learning plays a mediating role between goal orientation and decision logic of entrepreneurs. Environmental uncertainty positively moderates the mediating role of entrepreneurial learning in the path of effectuation. This study analyzes how goal orientation and entrepreneurial learning affect the decision logic of entrepreneurs and the impact of environmental uncertainty on their decision logic choices. The results deepen the study on the antecedents of effectuation, demonstrate that effectuation is not the unique decision logic to expert entrepreneurs, and provide a theoretical basis for entrepreneurs to use effectual logic to make decisions.
