中文摘要：	世界贸易格局多变且经济体制不断变化的当下，海外工程物流行业受到不同国家政治、经济、文化等冲击后充满不定性，而创新是保证海外物流运营的活力，把控物流的成本及确保项目整体按时交付的关键。在“一带一路”的时代背景下，国际上中企的海外建设项目越来越多，为此对物流运营管理提出了新的要求，如今许多企业的海外项目管理都已经将物流管理置于高位。 鉴于此，本文以BH公司的海外工程的物流管理现状为研究对象，首先介绍了本课题的研究背景，描述将应用到的研究方法，并回顾与海外物流管理相关的文献成果，总结了物流管理的理念和构成要素；接下来对BH公司海外工程物流管理的现状进行分析，指出其中存在的问题；通过物流公司的视角进一步分析了BH公司海外工程物流管理改进的目标及相应的对策，为客户提供增值服务。最后提出BH公司实施海外工程物流管理改进的保障措施。本研究论文采用了文献研究、案例分析及定性和定量分析相结合的方法。 论文的研究为海外工程承包企业及海外工程物流企业的物流管理提供了实践上的参考，其中对于组织框架调整、设立RDC、优化LIS系统、风险管控与客户协同等方式的改进适用于第三方物流企业管理模式的创新。而根据自身资金、网络、技术等资源拓展服务项目，为物流企业增加新的盈利点提出借鉴意义。同时也得出结论，海外工程物流管理的改进不仅可以增进多方信息协同共享，还能降低成本，是物流企业创造新价值的源泉。
英文摘要：	With the changing situation of world trade pattern and economic system, the overseas project logistics industry is full of uncertainty due to the impact by politics, economy and culture of different countries, so innovation is particularly important. It is the key to ensure the vitality of overseas logistics running, the control of logistics cost, and the delivery of project timely . An increasing number of general contractor for overseas projects are Chinese enterprises all over the world, under the background of the belt and road. In this regard, new requirements are put forward for logistics management. Nowadays, logistics management is placed at a high position in overseas project management of many enterprises. In view of this, this paper, took BH company as research object, based on its current situation of logistics operational management for overseas project. Firstly, it introduces the research background of this topic, describes the research methods to be applied, reviews the literature achievements related to overseas logistics operational management, and summarize the concept and elements of logistics management; Secondly, the paper points out the existing problems of of logistics management for BH company's overseas project after analyzing the current situation; The objective of improving the logistics management of BH company's overseas projects and the corresponding countermeasures are obtained through further analyzing from the perspective of logistics company, aim to provide value-added services for customers. Finally, the implementing guarantee was redesigned for BH company to improve the logistics management of overseas projects in this paper. Adopting the research method, which combines literature research, case analysis, investigation with research and qualitative analysis with quantity analysis. The study of this thesis provides practical reference for the logistics management of overseas project contractor and logistics enterprises. Especially The improvement, of organizational framework adjustment, RDC establishment, LIS system optimization, risk control and customer coordination, are applicable to the innovation of management mode of the third-party logistics enterprises. It is another important point of this paper, how to expand service content, according to their own funds, networks, technology and other resources, and which is of reference meaning for increasing new profit points of logistics enterprise. The study also concluded that the improvement of overseas projects’ logistics management, is the source of creating new value for logistics enterprises, not only bettering the cooperative information sharing of multiparty, but also reducing the cost.
