中文摘要:随着生产力的发展,社会产业结构不断进行调整,企业发展速度不断提高的同时,也不断受着内外部环境的影响。经济环境急速变化导致周期缩短,因此企业不断增强自身柔性,从环境上提高自身适应能力,从资源上提高内外部资源整合获取能力。人力资源作为组织重要的资源,深刻影响着组织的目标实现与持续发展。为集中资源发展企业核心能力,有效的进行内外部人力资源整合与利用,企业在用工形式角度进行了探索,并逐渐发现非典型雇佣的高灵活、高弹性、低成本的优势。 然而当前对于非典型雇佣管理策略的研究尚有不足,本文意在非典型雇佣管理相关研究上提出创新,并为管理实践提出响应性的对策。不断提高非典型雇佣员工的工作投入工作效率。 本文通过文献整理、企业调研整理出整合式与分离式两种管理策略的差异并分析其差异对于员工工作投入的影响,进行变量提取和模型建构。本文认为整合式与分离式两种管理策略的主要差异体现在组织支持、员工参与及雇佣身份断层等方面。试图通过分析提取变量、构建影响模型,分析不同策略的影响路径。  
英文摘要:With the development of productivity, the social industrial structure is constantly adjusted, and the development speed of enterprises is constantly improved, but also constantly affected by the internal and external environment. The rapid change of economic environment leads to the shortening of the cycle. Therefore, enterprises continue to enhance their flexibility, improve their adaptability from the environment, and improve the ability of internal and external resources integration and acquisition from the resources. As an important resource of an organization, human resource has a profound impact on the realization and sustainable development of the organization's goals. In order to concentrate resources to develop the core competence of the enterprise and effectively integrate and utilize the internal and external human resources, the enterprise has explored the employment form and gradually found the advantages of high flexibility, high flexibility and low cost of atypical employment. However, the current research on the strategy of atypical employment management is still insufficient. This paper aims to put forward innovation in the relevant research of atypical employment management, and put forward responsive countermeasures for management practice. Continuously improve the work efficiency of atypical employees.
