| 中文摘要: | 摘要 2009年7月,中国银行业监督管理委员会正式地制定并发布《消费金融公司试点管理办法》。中国首批4家对消费金融公司在2010年北京开业,消费银行和金融公司监督和管理有限公司的成立和试点也再次开启了新的消费金融行业变革和发展的序幕。虽然从消费金融行业的发展以及整体形势和发展情况来看,消费银行和金融市场的生存和发展较为平稳,但是接受消费银行和金融公司监督和管理的公司依旧处于持续发展阶段,各消费银行和金融公司都在寻找和尝试一种能够适合自身消费金融产品和服务的运营模式和发展方向。与此同时,由于对消费银行和金融相关产品的创新发展较为迟缓,在竞争激烈的消费金融市场背景下,消费金融的相关产品也频频地出现了产品同质化的发展现象,整个消费金融行业发展急需新的产品和运营发展模式。 本文以捷信消费金融有限公司为例,结合其未来发展的战略及消费金融运营管理模式的特征,运用PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、4R营销组合理论三种理论分析工具对捷信消费金融公司其运营管理模式在业务模式、风控系统、产品设计三个方面的优劣势进行分析,总结并指出目前捷信消费金融公司在运营模式这三方面上出现的问题,并提出应尽快完成线下转线上客户转化、推动数字化经营模式、拓宽农村消费市场、强化内部风险控制评分系统、加强产品服务创新以及潜在客户的发掘等改进策略,并配合内部与外部组织的保障,才能将改进策略顺利得以实施的说明。 其中本文也指出了捷信消费金融公司面临着该行业在消费金融法律体系制度完善程度、监管力度、产品的同质化、运营成本高、居民对传统的消费观念受到制约等的困境,必须从进一步加大地方政府消费金融支持的力度、完善消费金融个人征信服务体系的建设、完善对消费金融的法律体系和其监管规章制度、加强内部运营模式风险的防范并予以促进其发展。基于此,作者提出旨在深入研究和探索我国消费金融新的产品和运营发展模式,结合国外整个消费金融行业的前车之鉴与我国的基本国情相充分契合的前提下,对捷信消费金融公司运营模式改进研究探讨能够为整个消费金融行业的发展提供一些思考与借鉴。 | |
