中文摘要: 对我国部分企业来说,在企业发展的过程中都不同程度受到西方管理思想和管理工具的影响,但企业最重要的生产要素——人,却是在中国传统文化的熏陶下成长起来的。两种不同文化背景下的人与管理思想、管理工具的结合,在企业管理过程中总是存在不和谐的情况。作者认为,这一方面是由于我国企业的发展时间比较短,管理水平相对较低,管理模式也不够成熟;另一方面是企业在管理过程中忽视了对人的内在方面进行关注和激励。由于缺少如何在企业管理中对人内在方面进行关注的理论应用指导,企业管理者只是依靠个体的差别和人格上魅力,偶然地运用管家理论的相关因素,无法有效实现员工自我激励和自我约束,这种情况间接的延缓了企业的发展。如何有效地应用管家理论解决企业人的内在激励问题已经成为企业迫切的问题之一。 本文的研究目的为理论联系实际,研究对象为管家理论如何在企业管理中应用。为此,本文主要采用了定性分析和案例结合的方法,比较深入的探讨了管家理论在企业中应用的现状和问题,分析了管家理论在企业管理中应用的必要性,提出在企业管理的个人层面和企业层面两个维度应用管家理论的策略。在案例分析中,本文选用河南濮耐公司的具体案例,通过分析该公司管理中存在的问题,提出管家理论的应用实施建议,该建议对其他企业的管理实践也具有指导意义。 本文新意在于以管家理论为切入点,从管家理论的在企业中运用的特征和不同类型企业的应用现状分析了管家理论应用中存在的问题,并提出了个体层面和企业层面不同的应用管家理论的策略。本文结合了河南濮耐公司企业管理中的管家理论应用现状,对企业应用管家理论提出了实施的建议,这些建议对我国其他企业应用管家理论具有一定的参考价值。 
英文摘要: Chinese enterprises are affected in varying degrees by the Western management ideas and tools in the process of enterprise development, but the most important factors - people which has grown up under the influence of traditional Chinese culture. There is always the case in the process of enterprise management's consistence between Two different cultures and management thinking, a combination of management tools. The author believes, on one hand, the management level of Chinese enterprises is relatively low, the style of management is also not mature enough as developing time is so short for Chinese enterprises; on the other hand, Chinese enterprises had ignored the internal aspects of people's attention and encouragement in the management of the process. Due to the lack of business management in the inner areas of human concern about the application of theoretical guidance, enterprise managers only rely on the individual differences and personality on the charm, occasional use of the relevant factors Stewardship Theory can not effectively achieve the self-motivation of staff and self-restraint, This situation delayed the indirect development. How to effectively use stewardship theory to solve the inherent incentive business people has become a pressing business problems. This study aims to integrate theory with practice, and learning how to use stewardship theory in the application of enterprise management. Therefore, this paper uses the method in the way combing a qualitative analysis with case , more in-depth discussion of the stewardship theory in the enterprise application of the status quo and problems, analysis of the necessity of the application of the theory in the enterprise management, the individuals level in the enterprise management and at the enterprise application of the two dimensions of strategy . In the case analysis, this article selected Henan's PUnai Company to use the theory, author thinks it will provide guiding significance to a certain inspiration through the analysis. The innovation point of this article is that author analyses the problems from the theory of use in the enterprise features and applications of different types of enterprises stewardship theoretical analysis , and makes different applications of stewardship theory of strategy in the individual level and at the enterprise level as an entry point to the stewardship theory. In this paper, author analyses the application of the stewardship theory in Pu Henan resistance company, moreover, giving a few effective measures to the application of the stewardship theory in this company. The recommendations has a certain reference value to other enterprise applications stewardship theory .
