中文摘要：	近年来，航空货运已经成为民航运输领域的主要增长点，航空货运在我国呈现出强劲的需求态势。随着航空市场逐渐开放，国内航空货运业也面临国外航空物流巨头的严峻挑战。在此背景下，研究我国传统的航空货运企业如何向现代航空物流转型，将有助于提高我国航空货运业的竞争力。 本文在航空物流及供应链管理的相关基础理论指导下，对我国传统航空货运业向现代航空物流转型做了初步研究。第一章介绍了此研究的必要性和意义,以及研究框架和方法。第二章回顾了相关理论，阐述并评价了国内外对航空货运的研究现状，总结了国外航空货运企业的成功经验，为后边提出的解决方案提供理论和实践支持。第三章介绍了我国航空货运业的发展和现状，通过分析我国航空货运业转型中存在的主要问题，引出转型的两个策略——资源整合策略和信息化服务策略。第四章详细阐述了资源整合策略。在分析航空货运服务参与主体的责权利关系基础上，提出了纵向资源整合策略和横向资源整合策略，把航空货运服务置身于社会化物流服务链当中，整合航空货运企业自身与其他物流业务之间的资源。第五章详细阐述了信息化服务策略。航空货运企业利用现代信息技术改进业务流程和服务质量，可以打造航空货运企业在其供应链上的核心位置。 本文的创新点主要是：从航空货运企业所处的供应链角度分析我国航空货运业向现代物流转型的策略。从航空货运服务各参与主体间相互关系的层面出发探讨转型策略，打造航空货运供应链管理模式，而非局限在航空货物运输某一方面服务的改进上。策略具有理论依据和可操作性。本文提出的理论和策略对我国航空货运企业的转型具有指导意义，对航空货运服务所在供应链上的其他参与企业也具有启发价值。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the air cargo shipment has become the main growth field in civil air transportation of China, which was taking on a strong rising look on demand. In the same time, domestic air cargo shipping market is gradually open to foreign world. Domestic air shipment enterprises are challenged rigorously by air transportation and logistics giants abroad. Under this background, the author tries to describe a way to improve our national air transportation enterprises from traditional ones to modern logistical ones. This study will improve domestic air transportation enterprises’ capability of competition. Based on the review to related theories, this thesis studied the strategy on our national air transportation enterprises from traditional ones to modern logistical ones. The first chapter introduced the meaning, the content, and the method of the writing. The second chapter reviewed the related theory of logistics, supply chain management, and the study result of foreign and domestic. These will offer the support to writer’s methods. The third chapter introduced the status of national air transportation enterprises and discovered the existent main problems. Then the author gave two strategies, resource combination strategy and information service strategy. The fourth chapter first analyzed the responsibility, right, and interest of each role on the air cargo supply chain. Then the author introduced resource combination strategy, which including vertical resource combination and transverse resource combination. The fifth chapter introduced the information service strategy. Air transportation enterprises can improve working process and service quality by using modern information technology, and make themselves be the core on the supply chain. The main innovation is that this article analyzes the development path selection of domestic air cargo shipment to modern logistics from the point of view of supply chain. The strategies have theoretical basis and maneuverability. The theory and strategy in this article will be the reference of domestic air transportation enterprises and the other enterprise on this air cargo transportation supply chain.
