| 中文摘要: | 随着现代企业的发展,库存的管理和控制越来越多的受到企业管理人的关注。随着市场环境的发展和转变,产品的成本以及利润也是越来越透明,这个时候对于库存管理的控制显的越发的重要。尤其是传统制造企业面临着多变的市场客户需求、较长的采购周期、库存管理困难等现实问题,因此企业在经营管理中就必须要加强库存控制。企业的库存能够确保为市场客户提供充足的产品供给,同时能够实现订货费用的分摊。但是很多企业在生产中忽视了对于库存成本的管理,购买大量原材料库存,就造成了库存占据了公司大量的资金,降低了企业的资金流动性。因此企业在库存管理中应当注重及时根据生产流程来减少原材料库存,同时加强对于在制品库存的数量控制,这些措施能够确保企业有一个健康的现金流的关键方法,以及产生更多利润。本文选择制造类企业作为研究样本,研究分析了企业库存发生的具体原因以及库存管理对于企业的重要意义,分析了传统和现代两种库存管理方法,探究了影响企业库存管理的不同因素。而后从企业供应链管理维度来具体分析了当前制造类企业在库存管理中暴露出来的问题,提出了在供应链模式下加强库存管理的优化方案和具体实施步骤。最后, 以Z风电齿轮箱制造企业库存控制为研究样本进行了案例分析,对Z公司现有的原材料库存控制情况进行了量化分析,分析了Z公司当前库存管理现状和存在问题,提出了Z公司优化库存管理的具体对策建议,包括了Z公司应当积极选择优质供应商建立战略合作关系,并提出供应商寄售的实施、作用及实施步骤。同时也对成品以及在制品的减少进行分析,以及改善措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of modern enterprises, more and more attention has been paid to the management and control of inventory by enterprise managers. With the development and transformation of the market environment, the cost and profit of products are becoming more and more transparent, and the control of inventory management is becoming more and more important at this time. In particular, traditional manufacturing enterprises are faced with real-world problems such as changing market customer demands, long procurement cycles, and difficulties in inventory management. Therefore, enterprises must strengthen inventory control in their operation and management. The company's inventory can ensure that the market customers are provided with sufficient product supply, and at the same time can realize the allocation of order costs. However, many enterprises neglect the management of inventory costs in production, and purchase a large amount of raw material inventory, which causes the inventory to occupy a large amount of the company's funds and reduce the company's liquidity. Therefore, enterprises should focus on reducing raw material inventory in accordance with the production process in time in inventory management, and at the same time strengthening the quantity control of work-in-process inventory. These measures can ensure that the company has a key method of healthy cash flow and generates more profits. This article selects manufacturing companies as research samples, analyzes the specific causes of enterprise inventory and the importance of inventory management for enterprises, analyzes traditional and modern inventory management methods, and explores the different factors that affect enterprise inventory management. Then from the enterprise supply chain management dimension, it analyzes the problems exposed by the current manufacturing enterprises in inventory management, and proposes the optimization plan and specific implementation steps for strengthening inventory management under the supply chain model. Finally, a case analysis was carried out with the inventory control of Z wind power gearbox manufacturing enterprises as a research sample, a quantitative analysis of the existing raw material inventory control of Z company was carried out, the current inventory management status and existing problems of Z company were analyzed, and Z company Specific countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing inventory management include that Company Z should actively select high-quality suppliers to establish strategic partnerships, and propose the implementation, role, and implementation steps of supplier consignment. At the same time, it also analyzes the reduction of finished products and work-in-progress and improves the measures. | |
