| 中文摘要: | 工程项目施工阶段的进度控制对施工企业来说格外重要。随着项目规模日益庞大,施工要求苛刻、工期紧迫,制约项目的因素愈来愈多,如何组织施工进度计划、如何及时发现实际进度与计划进度的差异并及时有效地进行调整,对项目进度管理人员来说并不容易。本文结合了莱钢银山前区炼钢项目进度控制应用实践,探寻用项目进度管理知识指导工作,采用网络计划技术实施计划的编制,实施进度控制,以达到缩短项目工期、合理调配有限资源,从而提高项目管理水平之目的。提出施工进度控制的作业程序是一个不断循环的过程。 本文采用了文献检索法、专家评估法、案例分析法等研究方法,从莱钢银山前区炼钢项目的进度入手,分析了项目的现状及存在的问题,研究了莱钢银山前区炼钢项目的独特性,莱钢银山前区炼钢项目施工阶段进度的影响因素,控制这些影响因素的具体措施以及在莱钢银山前区炼钢项目进度的控制过程中,一些具体步骤和要注意的影响因素。根据工程项目大小、重要程度编制三级进度计划,实行分级控制,明确责任,确保了计划有效实施。通过研究得出:项目进度管理是项目管理工作中最重要的环节之一,网络计划技术是进行计划与控制的非常有效的手段。应用网络计划技术,除统筹安排、周密计划、科学组织外,还要具备系统工程的概念。项目进度控制应该充分考虑各方面的影响因素。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In construction phase, the control of project schedule is particularly important to construction enterprises. With the increasingly large scale, demanding and urgency of project, the factors constraining the project are getting more and more. How to organize the construction schedule, how to detect the actual progress of the project and differences between planned and actual schedules, and how to make a timely and effective adjustment, that’s becoming a hard question to the project management. This thesis, with a combination of Laigang Yinshan steel front control applications project practice, explores the use of project management knowledge to guide the work of network planning technique used in the preparation of implementation plans and in the implementation of control process, to shorten the project duration and to achieve a reasonable allocation of limited resources, and finally to enhance the level of project management. In this thesis, a literature review, together with expert assessment, case analysis and other research methods, is used in Yinshan Laigang steel front projects. The thesis also starts with an analysis of the status of projects and their unique problems faced by Yinshan Laigang steel-making projects, of the influencing factors to Laigang Yinshan steel construction project schedule and control factors such as some specific measures, as well as a number of concrete steps and factors that should be paid attention. In accordance with the project size and its importance degree, the preparation of three-tier schedule and the different levels of control should be used, and the responsibility should be clear to ensure the effective implementation of the plan. By study, project schedule management is the most important aspect of project management, and the network planning technique is a very effective means to plan and control a project. In the meantime, the application of network planning technique, in addition to co-ordinate arrangements, well-planned and scientific organizations, also needs systematic thinking. When controlling the schedule of a project, all influencing factors should be taken into account. | |
