中文摘要:近几十年,中国经济的高速增长为全球经济发展做出了贡献,也促进了国内市场供应大大丰富,逐渐形成了买方市场。与此同时也加剧了市场竞争程度,顾客对于企业的订单服务水平要求不断提高。顾客希望企业提供更加差异化更加快速的产品服务需求,因此给企业带来了新的挑战------产品线更加丰富,产品升级换代加速,更快的订单交付要求带来了经营成本不断上涨问题,增加了企业的经营风险。物流费用,特别是与库存管理相关的物流费用在企业管理成本中占据了较大的比重。控制好库存费用,将会大大改善企业的成本优势。因此物流也被誉为“企业的第三利润源泉”。另一方面,库存管理的改善将会提高客户订单的满足率,良好的交付能力有助于企业增加顾客满意度,提升市场竞争力,在激烈的市场竞争环境和多变的市场需求下获得生存,争取更多市场份额。 伴随近几年的暖通行业和自身快速发展,B公司的库存管理问题愈加突出。库存管理问题主要体现在:一、近几年B公司的库存数量及金额急速上涨,库存周转期变长,呆滞库存比例大幅增加,引起物流成本的增加,占压了B公司的资金周转。二、由物料缺货引起的订单满足率下降,客户满意度下降进而影响新的商机。三、需求预测不准确,与实际销售数量偏差较大。而较大的偏差又间接引发过量库存或缺货风险。经过分析,发现问题产生的原因是物料种类快速增加而没有及时调整物料计划管理方法,安全库存的设定方式不合理以及需求预测缺乏科学管理。针对这些原因给出了相应的解决方案,通过实施物料分类管理,对不同物料给与对应库存管理方案。为不同物料分类提供不同的安全库存管理策略,避免缺货风险。建立销售运营计划流程打造高效协同的需求计划项目组,确立科学预测方法实施需求预测改进。 本研究通过对B公司库存管理研究得出了如何提高库存管理水平的结论,为相关暖通行业企业提供了库存管理借鉴。有利于促进暖通行业或具有类似流通业务模式的企业改善库存管理现状,增加客户满意度,提升品牌忠诚度,降低企业成本,扩大企业声誉,从而最终实现企业核心竞争力的增强。  
英文摘要:In recent decades, the rapid growth of the Chinese economy has contributed to the development of the global economy, has also promoted sufficient supply in the domestic market, and gradually formed a buyer's market. At the same time, this has also aggravated the degree of market competition, and customers' requirements for the order service level of enterprises are also constantly increasing. Customers want the company to provide more differentiated and faster product and service requirements, thus bringing new challenges to the company. Richer product lines, accelerated product upgrades, and faster order delivery requirements have led to higher operating costs and increased business risks for enterprises. Logistics costs, especially those related to inventory management, account for a large proportion of enterprise management costs. Controlling inventory costs will greatly improve the cost advantage of the enterprise. Therefore, logistics is also known as the third source of profits for enterprises. On the other hand, improving inventory management will increase the satisfaction of customer orders. Good delivery ability will help the company to improve customer satisfaction, improve market competitiveness, and survive in the fierce market competition environment and changing market demand, in order to gain more market share. With the rapid development of the HVAC industry and itself in recent years, the inventory management problems of Company B have become increasingly prominent. The inventory management problem is mainly reflected in: 1. In recent years, the stock quantity and amount of Company B's inventory have increased rapidly, the inventory turnover period has become longer, and the proportion of sluggish inventory has increased significantly, which has caused an increase in logistics costs and accounted for Company B's capital turnover. 2. Decline in the order fulfillment rate caused by the shortage of materials, and the decrease in customer satisfaction affects new business opportunities. 3. Demand forecasting is inaccurate and has a large deviation from the actual sales volume. The larger deviations indirectly lead to the risk of excess inventory or out of stock. After analysis, it was found that the cause of the problem was the rapid increase of material types without timely adjustment of the material plan management method, the unreasonable setting of safety stock and the lack of scientific management of demand forecasting. Corresponding solutions are given for these reasons. By implementing material classification management, different materials are given corresponding inventory management solutions. Provide different safety inventory management strategies for different material classifications to avoid the risk of out of stock. Establish a sales operation planning process to create an efficient and coordinated demand planning project team, and establish a scientific forecasting method to implement demand forecasting improvement. This study draws conclusions on how to improve the level of inventory management through a study of company B's inventory management, and provides a reference for inventory management for related HVAC industry companies. It is conducive to promoting the HVAC industry or companies with similar circulation business models to improve the status of inventory management, increase customer satisfaction, increase brand loyalty, reduce corporate costs, and expand corporate reputation, thereby ultimately enhancing the company's core competitiveness.
