中文摘要:OTIS公司是当前世界上最大的电梯企业,主要从事电梯的生产经营和销售服务,随着国内国际市场环境的不断变化,该公司正面临越来越大的压力,各种同类型的电梯企业相继进入市场,由此OTIS公司必须探求相应的改革措施,增强自身的市场竞争力。企业内部流程的优化与变革是促进企业整体化改革的重要举措之一,本研究主要对OTIS公司在电梯非标准化制定方面的流程进行研究,并尝试提出相应的优化措施。 本研究首先对流程管理的相关理论进行了系统的梳理,并结合经济理论和相关理论分析方法,从流程,投入,产品生产任务,流和储存五个基本因素出发,对OTIS公司当前在非标准化定制流程中的运行模式和存在问题进行数据收集,最终尝试提出相应解决办法和优化路径。首先是对现象的研究,通过研究人员的实力调研,对当前OTIS公司在电梯非标准化定制流程当中出现的问题进行探索,以调研所得的内容为主要依据,提出相关问题的解决目标;其次是要依据问题的梳理寻找问题产生的根源所在,并且依据流程制定的五个要素进行系统性的研判,在此基础上,运用ACE业务流程思考模式,分别从流程的五个方面列举相应的改进办法;第三是后续的保障,在提出优化路径和改进办法后,要对其在运行过程中可能存在的问题进行分析,并针对性的提出相关配套解决方案。 本研究主要对OTIS公司在电梯非标准化制定方面的流程进行研究,并尝试提出相应的改进措施,与此同时,本研究还将实际调研中获得的数据进行了系统化的梳理,这样的真实数据对于整个行业和相关企业的资源整合具有重要的影响,从另一个角度来说,本研究把流程五要素理论和OTIS公司实际情况相结合,在研究思路和理论方法方面有较强的创新性,可以对相关研究产生思路上的启发。 关键词:流程优化;精益准则;电梯非标;流程要素  
英文摘要:OTIS is currently the world's largest elevator company, mainly engaged in elevator production and marketing services, with the continuous changes in the domestic and international market environment, the company is facing increasing pressure, various elevator enterprises of the same type enter the market one after another, therefore OTIS company must seek the corresponding reform measure, strengthens own market competitive power. The optimization and reform of the internal process is one of the important measures to promote the reform of the enterprise integration. This research mainly studies OTIS's process in the elevator non-standardized formulation, and tries to put forward the corresponding improvement measures. This research first carries on the system to the process management related theory, and unifies the economic theory and the related theory analysis method, starts from the process, the input, the product production task, the flow and the storage five basic factors, OTIS company in the current non-standardized custom process of the operation model and problems of data collection, and finally try to put forward the corresponding solution and optimization path. First is the research on the phenomenon. Through the research on the strength of the researchers, we explore the problems that arise in the current non-standard custom-made elevator process of OTIS Company, taking the contents of the research as the main basis, secondly, it is necessary to find the root of the problem according to the sorting out of the problem and make a systematic judgment according to the five elements of the process. On this basis, it is necessary to use the ACE business process thinking mode, the third is the follow-up guarantee. After putting forward the optimized path and the improvement method, we should analyze the problems which may exist in its operation process, and pertinently put forward the relevant supporting solutions. This research mainly studies OTIS Company's process in the elevator non-standard formulation, and tries to propose the corresponding improvement measure, at the same time, this research also has carried on the systematization carding to the actual survey data, this kind of real data has an important influence on the resource integration of the whole industry and related enterprises. On the other hand, this study combines the theory of process five elements with the actual situation of OTIS company, in the research ideas and theoretical methods have a strong innovation, can produce ideas for related research inspiration.
