中文摘要: H(中国)能源服务有限公司是全球能源服务行业巨头 H能源服务公司的全资 子公司,其主要业务是扎根于能源服务行业,提供从油藏评估一直到增产服务在 内的全产业链的钻井、完井作业服务。 从 2014 年起,全球能源服务行业受低油价的拖累,进入行业发展的低潮。 许多油服公司甚至包括一些国际知名的油服公司都面临收缩、甚至退出的危局。 特别是 2020 年三月以来,一方面,来势凶猛的新冠病毒肺炎在全球扩散,影响 到人们对油气资源的消耗与需求;而另一方面,能源巨头之间的博弈加剧,石油 价格战随之开打,国际油价下跌剧烈。这给原本缓慢复苏中的油服行业,带来了 新的重大变数。而在国内,随着中国经济的持续增长以及国家对能源安全的战略 要求,促使国内油气开发投资不断加大,特别是对天然气的需求不断增大,这也 给国内各油服公司以新的发展机遇。 本文以 H(中国)公司为研究对象,通过使用 PEST 模型和五力模型,分析其 外部环境所存在的机会和威胁,然后对 H(中国)的内部资源、能力、价值链进行 仔细梳理与分析,归纳出其具体的优势和劣势。再结合 H(中国)的总体战略和 SWOT模型分析,得出 H(中国)应瞄准重点客户的高技术难度油气开发业务,充 分发挥自己在技术解决方案设计、作业服务能力等方面的核心优势,实施差异化 的竞争战略。其具体内容包括:技术解决方案差异化、作业服务差异化、营销差 异化。H(中国)还应从:组织结构变更、关键职能提升、关键能力提高、激励机 制保障、企业文化保障、战略宣传保障等六个维度出发,确保 H(中国)的差异化 竞争战略实施到位。  
英文摘要: H (China) Energy Services Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the global energy services giant H Energy Services Company, whose main business is rooted in the energy service industry, providing drilling and completion services throughout the industry chain, from reservoir assessment to production enhancement services. Since 2014, the global energy services market been dragged down by low oil prices and has stepped into a low ebb of the industry. Many oil service companies, including some internationally renowned oil service companies, are in the danger of shrinking or even exiting. Especially since March 2020, the spread of the ferocious new coronavirus around the world, affecting the consumption and demand for oil and gas resources, on the other hand, the game between the energy giants intensified, the oil price war became a fight, and that led the international oil prices fell sharply. This has created new and significant variables in the otherwise slowly recovering energy services market. In China, with the sustained growth of China's economy and the country's strategic requirements for energy security, domestic oil and gas development investment has been increasing, especially the demand for natural gas, which also gives domestic oil service companies new development opportunities. In this paper, H (China) company to be the research object, by using PEST model and five force model, analysis of its external environment existing opportunities and threats, and then H (China) internal resources, capabilities, value chain carefully combed and analyzed, summarized its specific advantages and disadvantages. Combined with H China's overall strategy and SWOT model analysis, it is concluded that H (China) should target the high-tech difficulty oil and gas development business of key customers, give full play to its core advantages in technology solution design, operational service capabilities, etc., and implement a differentiated competitive strategy. Its specific contents include: technology solution differentiation, operation & service differentiation, marketing differentiation. H (China) should also start from six dimensions: organizational structure change, key function enhancement, key ability improvement, incentive mechanism guarantee, corporate culture guarantee, strategic publicity guarantee, to ensure that H (China) differentiated competitive strategy is implemented in place.
