中文摘要: 当前飞速发展的经济环境下,全球化竞争加剧,随着组织变革与创新,企业发展与生存引发众多思考,如何使企业获得持续的竞争力成为社会核心话题。在我国的经济发展态势下,民营企业迅速崛起,通过与国际先进管理水平企业的快速接轨,以获得长足的发展。在管理任务中,人力资源的作用日益突出,如何提升企业的人力资源管理能力成为民营企业发展的关键。企业是由人组成的,现代企业竞争也可以看作是对优质人才的竞争,如何高效、精准、迅速的获取企业所需的优秀人才,正是企业人力资源管理能力水平的体现。而招聘则是企业获取人才的主要来源,所以招聘在人力资源管理工作中,也就成为了相当重要的一部分。因此,中高端人才成为人力资源招聘关注的核心,如何将更多优秀人才引入到企业中,变得尤为重要。针对中高端人才招聘的方法与体系是有必要进一步进行理论探究和实践发掘的。 本论文选题研究思路为以环保行业中的大型民营企业Y集团为案例研究对象,以理论结合实践的研究方法,通过招聘与人才相关理论,结合作者实际工作经验,通过对Y集团及其人力资源招聘中高端人才现状的发掘,进而发现招聘管理当前面临的问题,分析逐个问题背后所指向的招聘中高端人才体系不完善的原因,针对性的提出相应适合的优化方案以及相关保障措施,层层深入,最终得出本次研究的结论,总结出一些针对企业中高端人才招聘体系的建设性建议与研究成果。选题立意兼顾理论价值和现实意义,希望通过此次研究,对丰富中高端人才招聘技巧的相关理论与基础研究具有一定的借鉴作用和参考价值。通过提供具有可操作性和可执行性的优化方案和措施建议,对有类似问题的大型民营企业均具有一定的实践意义和现实价值。本论文共有图1幅,表7个,参考文献30篇。 
英文摘要: With rapid economic development, the fierce global competition grow with each passing day. The development and survival for enterprises have aroused a lot of thinking in the process of revolution and innovation. Thus, the way to gaining sustainable competitiveness has become a core topic of the society. Under the economic development momentum in China, the rapid rise of private enterprises has gained long-standing development by drawing on experience of enterprises with internationally advanced management standards. The role of human resources has become increasingly significant in management tasks. The key to the development of private enterprises lies in how to enhance their human resources management capacity. An enterprise is created by employees. The modern enterprise competition can be deemed as competition for mid-high-level talents. How to attract excellent talents needed by enterprises in an efficient, precise and rapid manner demonstrates the human resources management capacity of the enterprises. Enterprises attract talents mainly by recruiting. Therefore, recruitment is essential to human resources management. So mid-high-level talents become core concerns in human resource recruitment and it is of particular significance to introduce more excellent talents to the enterprise. The method and system for mid-high-level talents recruitment is necessary to do further exploration both in theory and practice. The article takes Y group as the study object , a major private enterprise in the environment protection industry. By combining theory and practice, taking into account theories related to recruitment and talents as well as the author’s work experience, the paper discusses the current situation of mid-high-level talents of Y group and its human resources recruitment, and discovers problems existing in its recruitment management. Then the paper analyzes reasons for the incomplete system to recruit mid-high-level talents on a case-by-case basis, puts forward suitable optimization schemes and guaranteeing measures layer upon layer. Finally, the paper comes to the conclusion of the study and summarizes constructive suggestion and study results of recruitment of mid-high-level talents for enterprises. The subject takes consideration of both theoretical value and realistic significance, in the hope that it could provide some reference for theory and fundamental research of diversifying recruitment technique of mid-high-level talents. By providing feasible optimization scheme and measures, the article is of some pragmatic significance and realistic value for major private companies with similar problems. The paper contains one figure, seven tables and thirty literatures.
