中文摘要:军工制造业作为我国重要的战略产业,为我国军事和经济发展贡献着重要的力量。军工制造业近几年来蓬勃发展,市场欣欣向荣的同时也对军工企业本身的要求越来越高。军工企业的管理模式也发生了变化,最重要的就是经营管理目标的变化。过去军工企业只需要完成军方提出的技术要求,而改制后军工企业一方面要完成军方规定的技术任务,另一方面也要尽可能的提高企业自身的经济效益。因此如何通过管理的方式和手段实现生产资源的有效配置,如何降低成本、提高效率变成了军工企业目前需要迫切解决的问题。 T公司作为我国军用某领域的奠基者和开拓者之一,在技术研发和标准制定等方面始终起着领军作用,其生产规模和产量在业内也位居前列。但是随着军工行业的改革,军方的采购模式由以前的定向采购转变为竞标采购。在竞标指标中,除了技术指标之外,企业经营性相关指标也被纳入其中,如库存量、库存成本、资金周转率等。目前T公司这些指标与预期目标差距较大,公司的库存管理水平面临着很大的挑战。 本文首先结合军工行业的发展现状与趋势,介绍了选题的背景和意义;在回顾库存管理相关理论的基础上,分析了T公司的企业现状。通过对T公司库存管理相关绩效指标的对比,对库存管理方面存在的问题进行根本原因分析。随后本文通过综合应用ABC分类法、经济订货批量模型、供应商管理库存、看板管理等相关理论和方法,对T公司库存管理过程中的原材料库存问题进行了重点分析并提出了相应的改善方案,并依据改善方案对T公司实施管理改善。最后对改善后的结果进行评估,改善后各项库存管理指标得到了明显的提升。 通过总结可以发现对于军工企业来说,管理和技术同样重要,库存管理的改善可以降低企业成本,提高资金周转率,从而有效提升军工企业的整体管理水平,以便更好的为国家的军工事业提供支持。很多军工制造业企业也面临着与T公司相同的库存管理问题,本文的研究也能给其他军工制造业企业的库存管理改善提供借鉴和参考。  
英文摘要:As an important strategic industry in China, the military manufacturing industry has contributed an important force to China's military and economic development. The military manufacturing industry has developed vigorously in recent years, and the market is booming, and at the same time, the requirements for the military manufacturing enterprises are becoming higher and higher. The management mode of military manufacturing enterprises has also changed. The most important one is the change of management objectives. In the past, military manufacturing enterprises only needed to complete the technical requirements requested by the military. After restructuring, on one hand military manufacturing enterprises have to complete the technical tasks specified by the military, on the other hand, they had to improve their economic benefits as much as possible. Therefore, how to achieve the effective allocation of production resources through management methods and means, how to reduce costs and improve efficiency has become a problem that military manufacturing enterprises need to solve urgently. As one of the founders and pioneers in a certain military field in China, T company has always played a leading role in technology research and development, and standard establishment. And, its production scalability and capacity rank top inside the industry. However, with the reform of the military manufacturing industry, the procurement model of the military has changed from directional procurement to bidding procurement. In the bidding indexes, in addition to the technical index, the enterprise operational related indexes are also included, such as inventory level, inventory cost, capital turnover rate, etc. At present, there is a big gap between the expected level of these indexes and the actual level of T company. The inventory management level of T company is facing great challenges. First, this thesis introduces the background and significance of selected topic, combining with present military manufacturing industry development status and trend. Based on the review of relevant theories of inventory management, this thesis analyzes the current situation of T company. Through the comparison of T company's inventory management related performance indicators, this thesis analyzes the root cause of the problems in inventory management. Afterwards, this thesis analyzes the problems of raw material inventory, in-work products inventory and finished products inventory in the process of T company's inventory management and suggests corresponding improvement plan through the comprehensive application of ABC classification management, economic order batch model, vendor management inventory, Kanban management and other related theories and methodologies. Under the support of the supply chain management mode, according to the corresponding improvement plan, the management improvement of T company is implemented, and the results after implementation are evaluated. After the implementation, the inventory management level indicators have been significantly improved. Through the summary, we can find that for military manufacturers, management and technology are equally important. The improvement of inventory management capability can reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the capital turnover rate in order to improve the overall management level of military manufacturers more effectively and furthermore, to better support the national military industry. Many military manufacturers are also facing the same inventory management problems as T company. The study of this thesis can also serve as a reference for other military manufacturers to improve their inventory management.
