中文摘要：	建设工程项目是一个系统工程，在项目策划、设立、施工、验收等各个阶段都会面临来自内外部的各种风险，如环境风险、设计风险、施工风险和管理风险等，如果这些风险不能被提前识别和及时应对，可能带来很多不良后果，如财产损失、人员伤亡、投资亏损、法律纠纷等，严重的可能由此衍生出难以估计的后果。因此，深入研究和实践建设工程项目的风险管理是十分必要的。 基于此，本文以山河集团为例，深入研究了建设单位工程项目风险管理全过程，探讨了施工企业如何建立和完善风险管理体系，希望通过本文研究能够对施工企业的风险管理工作提供一定的借鉴，最终帮助企业实现项目经济效益最大化。 本文第一部分是问题提出，主要梳理了选题背景与研究意义，并提出了研究内容、方法、技术路线和论文结构。第二部分是相关理论与文献综述，首先，界定了风险及工程项目风险管理的定义及特征，其次，分析了建设工程项目风险识别、风险度量、风险管理策略的内容和方法等。第三部分是以山河集团建设工程项目为例，进行了工程项目风险的特性分析，研究了山河集团建设工程项目风险识别主要方法，进行了工程项目常见风险源的识别分析，同时研究了山河集团建设工程项目风险度量的方法，并对常见风险源度量结果进行了分析。此外还研究了山河集团建设工程项目风险应对与监控的措施和方法，提出了常见风险源的应对方案。最后提出了山河集团建设工程项目风险管理的保障措施，包括组织、资源、制度三个方面，以确保项目风险的有效控制，最终使山河集团建设工程项目能实现预期目标。
英文摘要：	Construction project is a systematic project, which will face all kinds of risks from inside and outside in project planning, establishment, construction, acceptance and other stages, such as environmental risk, design risk, construction risk and management risk. If these risks cannot be identified in advance and dealt with in time, it may bring many adverse consequences, such as property loss, casualties, investment loss, legal disputes and other serious consequences may be difficult to estimate. Therefore, it is necessary to study and practice the risk management of construction project. Based on this, taking Shanhe group for a case study, this thesis studies the whole process of project risk management of the construction unit, discusses how to establish and improve the risk management system of the construction enterprise, and hopes that this study can provide some reference for the risk management of the construction enterprise, and finally help the enterprise to maximize the economic benefits of the project. The first part of this thesis is to put forward the problem, mainly combing the topic background and research significance, and put forward the research content, methods, technical route and structure of the thesis. The second part is a review of relevant theories and literatures. Firstly, it defines the definition and characteristics of risk and construction project risk management. Secondly, it analyzes the contents and methods of construction project risk identification, risk measurement and risk management strategy. The third part is based on Shanhe group construction project as a case study, analyzed the uniqueness of the construction project, studied the risk identification method of construction project, analyzed the common risk factors recognition, also studied risk measurement methods of Shanhe group construction project, and risk metrics of the common risk factors. In addition, the measures and methods for risk response and supervision of the construction project of Shanhe Group are also studied, and solutions for common risk factors are proposed. Finally, the guarantee measures for the risk management of the construction project of Shanhe Group are proposed, including three aspects: organization, resources, and system to ensure the effective control of project risks, so that the construction project of Shanhe Group can achieve the expected goals.
