中文摘要:随着我国商业银行的迅速崛起,银行正在连同科技,做到更加亲民利民地帮 助人们解决金融难题,使人们感受到更加人性化的金融服务。科学技术与金融服 务融合,是未来社会经济发展的大趋势,它能更大程度地解放人力,从周而复始 的工作模式中把人们解放出来,以服务为中心,而那些单一流程化的工作就交给 机器来完成。不过这一过程实施起来并不简单,它需要人力物力的配合、人们思 想观念转变、人员综合素质提升等。本文主要围绕这些方面进行了系统论述。 本篇文章通过研究背景以及研究意义的引入,通过智能化厅堂、数字金融等 相关概念的提出,将 H 银行 S 网点作为研究典型,引出 H 银行厅堂业务发展现 状。通过对厅堂发展 1.0、2.0、3.0 各个阶段的详细概述,提出当前厅堂经营中 的经营环境分析。接着,从整体发展战略、厅堂作业管理、团队管理方面提出厅 堂业务发展面临的一些实际问题。也分析了这些问题产生的成因,从市场要求、 金融科技的冲击、管理方式欠缺、人员能力参差、产能差异较大等方面进行了详 细阐述。这些现实中的推手,推动着 H 银行将优化发展作为势在必行的出路, 也推动着 H 银行在努力寻找前进的方向与动力。我们以此作为研究方向,给出 了 H 银行一系列的解决方案。 在国内外现有文献研究基础上,结合 H 银行的实际经验,分析出 H 银行在 厅堂业务优化发展中如何制定出应对的策略与今后的发展方向。第一要科学搭 建网点业态体系,第二要全面提升员工素质及联动能力,第三要加强资源的有效 利用,第四要实现客户的最佳体验。相应的,还要保障一系列配套设施的完善。 包括:定位转变、物理效益最大化以及销售结果的提升。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of China's commercial banks, banks, together with science and technology, are helping people to solve financial problems in a more people-friendly and beneficial way, making people feel more humanized financial services. The integration of science and technology and financial services is the major trend of the future social and economic development. It can liberate human resources to a greater extent, liberate people from the cycle of work mode, and take service as the center, and those single process work will be completed by machines. However, the implementation of this process is not simple, it requires the cooperation of human and material resources, the change of people's ideas, and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of personnel. This paper mainly discusses these aspects systematically. This paper takes the S branch of bank H as a research model. Through the introduction of research background and significance, through the introduction of intelligent hall, digital finance and other related concepts, the S branch of Bank H is taken as a research model, leading to the current situation of the business development of the hall of Bank H. Through a detailed overview of the stages of hall development 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0, this paper puts forward an analysis of the business environment in the current hall management. Then, from the overall development strategy, hall operation management, team management, put forward some practical problems of hall business development. It also analyzes the causes of these problems, from the market requirements, the impact of financial science and technology, lack of management, personnel capacity, production capacity differences and so on. These push hands in reality, promote h bank to optimize development as an imperative way out, and also promote H bank to strive to find the direction and power forward. We take this as the research direction, and give a series of solutions of H bank. Based on the existing literature research at home and abroad, combined with the practical experience of H bank, this paper analyzes how h bank can formulate the corresponding strategies and the future development direction in the optimization development of hall business. First, we need to build a scientific network format system; second, we need to comprehensively improve the quality and linkage ability of employees; third, we need to strengthen the effective use of resources; fourth, we need to achieve the best experience of customers. Accordingly, we should guarantee the perfection of a series of supporting facilities. Including: positioning change, physical benefit maximization and sales result promotion.
