中文摘要: 近10年以来,私募基金公司得到快速发展,成为了一股不可小觑的力量。而量化类私募又是众多私募公司中的一颗亮眼新星,以其不同的交易理念,交易方法区别于其他同业;量化类私募用其更为稳健的业绩回报,更加合理的风 控方式赢得了一批又一批投资人的追随。 由于我国私募行业整体发展历程较短,故针对其战略选择的研究相对较少,而将视角集中在量化类私募的研究则更少。在2011年,商品期货市场正式开放ctp程序化接口,此举标志着我国量化交易的起点;经过多年行业内的共同努力,根据wind数据 2019年末的统计结果,量化类私募产品管理规模已超千亿,发展势头势不可挡。 本文以量化类私募CH公司为切入点,立足于当下复杂的外部环境以及竞争环境,结合CH 公司自身的架构情况、人员背景,以及公司过往的真实历史数据,借助传统战略管理工具,对该公司的竞争战略进行深入分析并提出战略实施建议。通过研究发现,在当下行业同质化愈发严重,竞争愈发激烈的情况下,若想谋求发展,抓住机遇进行突围,CH 公司应提升品牌形象,采取差异化的竞争战略,以量化类产品的新颖性和独特性占有市场。在最后,本文围绕差异化战略和CH公司的价值链,制定战略实施规划,提出了对人力、产品、营销三方面的改良建议。 CH 公司所管理的资产体量及公司规模均适中,在行业内具有一定的代表性;除对 CH 公司自身进行分析研究外,文章也对行业内的生态进行了细致分析,希望可以为其它的同属中小型体量的私募基金公司提供一条规划道路以供其参考。 
英文摘要: In the past 10 years ,private fund began to gradually moved to the center of the stage, becoming a force to be reckoned with. Quantitative private Funds is also a bright star among many private equity firms. Using different trading concepts and trading method, getting much more stable performance, and has won a batch of investors. Due to the short history of the overall development of China's private equity industry, there are not so much papers focus on this related directions, and lesser on quantitative private equity. In 2011, the commodity futures market officially opened the ctp programmatic interface, which marked the starting point of quantitative trading in China. After years of joint efforts in the industry, according to the statistics of wind data, at the end of 2019, the scale of quantitative private has exceeded 100 Billion, can be described as unstoppable. This article takes CH company which is a quantitative private equity as the entry point, basing on the current complex external environment and competitive environment, combined with CH's own structure, employee’s background, and the company's history data, using traditional strategic management tools, make strategic analysis and strategic implementation recommendations for the company; this paper believes that in the current situation of increasingly homogenization of the industry and increasingly fierce competition, to seize the opportunity and break through: CH company should focus on brand construction and adopt a differentiation strategy, using characteristic products to occupy the market. At the end of the article, the strategic implementation plan is carried out base on the differentiation strategy and CH company's value chain, and make suggestions for improvement in Manpower Resource, product and marketing are proposed. CH company's size is moderate and representative in the industry.Not only focus on CH Company itself, this paper also makes a deep analysis of the industry ecology, hoping to give provide some reference for other private fund companies of the same size.
