中文摘要：	孵化器作为载体，能够有效的承担起服务创新资源的作用，表现在作为推动创新驱动的重要抓手，可以有效地起到聚集创新资源、孵化、培育新兴科技创业公司、推动区域经济结构升级等重要使命。孵化器的商业模式创新是在市场竞争中存活乃至获得竞争优势的关键所在。当前关于商业模式的研究主要聚焦于构成、战略、绩效、技术创新、营销等视角，鲜有从管理者决策逻辑的角度出发开展，忽略了企业发展过程中管理者这一重要因素。因此，通过案例证实孵化器企业管理者在决策过程中运用效果推理原则实现商业模式创新，对于进一步丰富企业商业模式创新的影响因素显得尤为重要。 本文从孵化器行业的发展态势、特征出发，从整体上对效果推理的研究拓展至企业商业模式的研究中，分析效果推理逻辑与商业模式创新之间的关系。从研究科大讯飞智汇谷孵化器不同阶段的发展特征和商业模式变化，进而总结出其在发展过程中主要面临的问题：纵使有着清晰的长远规划和商业模式定位，随着内外部环境不断发展，对于当前的企业管理者而言，愈发难以预测到影响商业模式的因素，很难保持长期稳定的发展路径。 针对科大讯飞智汇谷孵化器商业模式问题，本文将传统基于预测的因果推理逻辑调整为基于控制的效果推理逻辑，分别从价值主张、治理模式、结构和收益收入四个要素，提取在企业发展的不同阶段的内容。再从效果推理的柔性、可承受损失、先前承诺和实验四个维度对资料编码，从而分析商业模式创新过程中，管理者运用效果推理逻辑做出决策，推动商业模式的创新。本研究为企业战略规划、企业家培训提供一定的启示。本研究以个案研究为主，研究范围上存在一定的局限性。同时研究采用的是定性研究方法，研究结果有待通过实证研究数据进行验证。
英文摘要：	As a carrier, incubator can effectively assume the role of serving innovation resources, which is shown as an important hand to promote innovation drive, it can effectively gather innovative resources, incubate and cultivate new technology start-ups, and promote the upgrading of regional economic structure and other important missions.The business model innovation of the incubator is the key to survival in the market competition and even to gain a competitive advantage. The current research on business models mainly focuses on the perspectives of composition, strategy, performance, technological innovation, and marketing. Rarely has it been carried out from the perspective of managerial decision logic, ignoring the important factor of managers in the process of enterprise development. Therefore, it is proved through case studies that incubator business managers use the effectuation logic in the decision-making process to achieve business model innovation, which is particularly important for further enriching the influencing factors of business model innovation. This article starts from the development situation and characteristics of the incubator industry, expands the study of effect reasoning into the study of business models of enterprises as a whole, and analyzes the relationship between the effect reasoning logic and business model innovation. From the development characteristics and business model changes of the Zhihuigu incubator at different stages, we summarized the main problems it faces in the development process: Even with a clear long-term planning and business model positioning, it continues to develop with the internal and external environment. For current business managers, it is increasingly difficult to predict the factors that affect business models and it is difficult to maintain a long-term stable development path. Aiming at the business model of Incubator, this article adjusts the traditional causation based on prediction to the effectuation based on control. It extracts the four elements of value proposition, governance model, structure, and income from the development of enterprises Content of different stages. Then, the data is coded from the four dimensions of flexibility, tolerable loss, previous commitment, and experiment, to analyze the process of business model innovation. Managers use the effectuation logic to make decisions and promote business model innovation. This study provides some inspiration for corporate strategic planning and entrepreneur training. This study focuses only on individual cases and has certain limitations. At the same time, the research uses qualitative research methods, and the research results need to be verified by empirical research data.
