中文摘要：	当前我国处于经济结构调整，产业链升级的关键时期。利用人工智能、大数据、云计算、区块链等金融科技手段，为供应链金融行业创新发展提供了新的方向和思路。通过金融创新为实体经济赋能，在避免系统性金融风险的同时，解决当前中小企业在发展过程中遇到的融资难、融资贵的问题，实现金融与产业生态融合。 目前我国供应链金融正由传统线下模式向平台化智能化发展，同时依据融资业务切入点及行业属性又可衍生出不同类型的业务运营模式。区块链技术所具有的分布式账本、防篡改、可追溯、数据安全、智能合约、通证模式等特性，与供应链金融业务具有天然匹配性。 X风能公司在开展供应链金融业务的过程中，面临着上下游信用难以有效流转、融资方式简单、供应链管理水平低，企业经营状况艰难等情况。通过对其现状的分析，结合区块链技术的特点，论证了基于区块链技术解决企业供应链金融业务运营问题的可行性。针对性的为企业设计了基于区块链技术的“数字产业金融一体化服务平台”，从动产质押、应收账款、应付账款三个业务场景详细阐述了优化方案的设计思路和方案特点。并从项目实施路径、项目管理、项目难点等角度，讨论了如何保障上述平台构建方案能够顺利实施。 最后，对研究结论进行了总结，并对未来的研究方向进行展望。图16幅，表10个，参考文献62篇。
英文摘要：	At present, China is in a critical period of economic restructuring and industrial chain upgrading. The use of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, blockchain and other financial technology,means to provide a new direction and ideas for the innovation and development of the supply chain financial industry. Through financial innovation to empower the real economy, while avoiding systemic financial risks, it solves the problems of financing difficulties and financing problems encountered by SMEs in the development process, and realizes the integration of finance and industry ecology. At present, China's supply chain finance is developing from a traditional offline mode to a platform-based intelligentization,while different types of business operating modes can be derived based on the financing business entry point and industry attributes. The characteristics of blockchain like distributed ledger,anti-tampering,traceability，data security，smart contract，token model and others, has a natural match for the supply chain financial business. X Wind Energy Co., Ltd. is faced with the difficulty of effectively transferring credits, simple financing methods, low level of supply chain management, and difficult business operations in the process of developing supply chain financial business. The characteristics of the blockchain technology，demonstrate that can solving the business problems of the supply chain financial business，based on the blockchain technology. Designed a "Digital Industry financial integrated service platform" for enterprises based on blockchain technology, and designed optimization programme for the three business scenarios of financing，like movable property pledge, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. And from the perspective of project implementation path,project management,project difficulties,etc.,we discuss how to ensure that the above platform construction plan can be successfully implemented. Finally, the research papers are summarized, and future research directions are prospected. Figure 16, table 10,reference 62.
