| 中文摘要: | 随着科学技术的发展,技术迭代速度加快,产品的生命周期逐渐缩短,市场竞争日益激烈。在复杂多变的竞争环境中,创新是企业保持竞争优势的源泉,企业只有不断突破自我边界,才能在激烈的市场竞争中生存。研究员是企业重要的人力资源,他们的研发产出决定着企业的创新水平,探究影响研究员创新绩效的因素对提高企业整体创新能力具有重要意义。 研究员的创新活动同时嵌入在研究员的合作网络和企业的知识网络中(以下简称“两网”)。面对不断变化的市场需求,研究员的合作网络和知识网络也处于变化状态,两网共同影响着研究员的创新绩效。本文以华为公司为研究背景,利用2004年到2013年的专利数据,构建基于合作网络和知识网络的双重网络模型,将网络动态理论融入到双重网络模型中,从网络动态角度分析两网对创新的影响,深入探讨了两网之间的关系以及知识网络位置的内在含义。通过实证分析,本文认为适当的合作网络变化可以提高研究员的创新绩效,过高的合作网络变化会阻碍研究员的创新产出,两者之间呈现倒U型关系。同时研究还发现,知识网络结构洞会阻碍研究员通过改变合作网络提高创新绩效,而知识网络度中心性对合作网络变化与创新绩效的关系的调节作用呈倒U型。 本文从个体层面进行理论研究,根据研究结果提出以下管理建议。对研究员而言,面对变化的市场环境,研究员应适当改变所处的合作网络,始终保持学习状态,以获得新的知识元素和有效的信息资源,从而提高创新绩效。对企业管理者而言,管理者应注重企业研究员合作网络和企业知识网络的建设,建立良好的沟通平台和知识管理机制,努力创造有利于创新的网络环境。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of science and technology, product life cycle is gradually shortened, and market competition is fiercer. In the complex and changeable market, innovation can help enterprises maintain competitive advantages. Researchers play an important role in the innovation activities and promoting technology. Their innovation ability determines the innovation level of enterprises. Exploring the factors that affect researchers' innovation performance can help enterprises improve innovation performance. The innovation activities of researchers are embedded in both researchers’ cooperation networks and knowledge networks of enterprises. Because of changing market demands, cooperation networks and knowledge networks of researchers are also dynamic. This paper takes Huawei as research background and build a dual network model based on cooperation networks and knowledge networks, with patent data from 2004 to 2013. From the perspective of network dynamics, analyzes the influence of two networks on innovation and explore the relationship between two networks. This paper holds that moderate changes in cooperation networks can improve researchers' innovation performance, while excessive changes could hinder researchers' innovation. Meanwhile, it also considers knowledge network structure’s influence and finds that Knowledge network structure holes prevent researchers getting better innovation performance from changing cooperation networks, while knowledge network degree centrality plays an inverted U - shaped role in moderating relationship between cooperation network changes and researchers’ innovation performance. This paper puts forward the following management opinions according to research results. For researchers, with changing market environment, they should change their cooperation network appropriately and keep learning, in order to obtain new knowledge elements and effective information. For enterprise management, managers should pay attention to the construction of researchers’ cooperation networks and knowledge networks, establish a good communication platform and knowledge management mechanism, and create environment that is benefit to innovation. | |
