| 中文摘要: | 随着社会经济和科技文化的发展,教育模式产生了质的飞跃,网络教育产品正逐渐成为越来越多人的选择,这造就了一个新兴的市场---网络教育产品市场。以互联网为核心的现代远程教育模式—在线学习正在成为全球性的教育培训的潮流和趋势。在各种现代远程教育机构中,大学生职业生涯规划网络教育产品课程是一个新兴的网络培训产业,将教育作为商品建立了一种特殊的电子商务模式。企业面对这个新的商业模式,也在不断思考它究竟该如何盈利,如何面对市场的竞争,如何在虚拟的电子商务环境中构建和管理新型的网络产品营销体系,来支持网站以及网络教育产品的持续发展。 本文运用市场营销的理论方法,结合网络教育产品市场的特殊性,通过整理和分析网络营销理论体系,对我国职业生涯规划教育及网络教育产品进行了宏观的市场环境分析,并在此基础上进行了产业分析。结合T公司开发的大学生职业生涯规划网络产品的特点,分别从产品、消费市场角度确定T公司产品的目标市场与产品定位。结合T公司的使命和战略,以4P营销策略为基础,制定出T公司网络教育产品的4P营销策略。考虑到网络教育产品的特殊性,在新经济条件下,从服务营销策略的角度出发,分别从人员、有形展示、过程因素等角度,制定出T公司网络教育产品服务营销策略。 网络教育产品是个新兴的朝阳产业,本文希望通过本文的分析和探讨,能为其他网络教育产品产业的经营者提供相应的借鉴,也希望本文的研究能够为从事网络教育产品工作的同仁提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the socio-economic and cultural development of science and technology, education model produced a qualitative leap in e-learning products is becoming more and more people choose to create a network of emerging markets --- education market. Internet as the core model of modern distance education - online learning is becoming a global trend of education and training and trends. In a variety of modern distance education institutions, students career planning products online education courses are training a new network of industry, education as a commodity to the establishment of a special kind of e-commerce model. Businesses in dealing with this new business model, whether it has been thinking how to profit, how to face competition in the market, how to e-commerce in a virtual environment to build and manage a new type of network product marketing system, to support the site as well as Web-based Education the continued development of products. The theories method of this text usage market marketing, combine the special of the network education product market, pass the sorting and analyze the network marketing theories system, educate to the our country occupation career planning and the market environment that network educated the product to carry on the macro view analysis, and went forward to go the industry in this foundation analysis.Combine the university student of the T company development the characteristics of the occupation career planning network product, distinguish from the product, consume the market angle assurance T company product of target market and product fixed position.Combine the mission and strategies of the T company, take the 4P marketing strategy as the foundation, draw up the 4P marketing strategy that is education network product.
