中文摘要:随着中国改革开放的不断发展,各式各样的家用电器早已经是中国消费者们的生活必需品,并大量充斥着整个市场;家电商经历了市场的萎靡和政府的扶持等多年的竞争,现在已呈鼎立之势。在家电销售整体表现平淡并随着国家经济的波动开始再次显示颓靡迹象时,与之对应的,一直以来虽然被消费者们重视却又被经营者们忽略的家电售后行业开始崛起,随之产生的是整个行业因现有行业人员素质问题而产生的大量人才需求。在无法通过招聘途径有效地满足企业发展与竞争的需求时,如何通过培训体系培养企业自身所需人才便成为了部分企业乃至整个家电售后行业亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对A公司售后部门现有培训体系培训内容及效果的研究,帮助A公司分析现有员工培训体系存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案和保障条件。首先,本文介绍了研究背景及选题意义,并提出研究思路和方法。其次介绍了人力资源相关理论、培训相关理论研究和企业人力资源相关理论研究。再者,对A公司所在行业及售后部门现有培训现状进行介绍,并分析培训现状中存在的问题,接着针对售后部门员工培训的问题提出优化方案和保障方案。最后,总结员工培训体系改革的实践经验及对未来的展望。 本篇论文的实践价值主要体现在以下几个方面。首先结合家电售后服务行业现状企业发展情况,分析A公司所需人才要求,明确公司乃至行业所需人才标准;其次,通过对A公司现有培训体系出现的问题进行分析并提出新培训体系的构想,期望为整体售后行业的人才培养提供借鉴;最后,希望本文可以为相关低学历员工行业的企业在构建自身的员工培训体系时提供研究思考。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of China's reform and opening , a variety of household appliances have long been a necessity for Chinese consumers, and flooded the entire market in a large amount; home appliance manufacturers have experienced many years of competition such as the market's slump and government support. Now it is in full swing. When the overall performance of home appliance sales was flat and the country ’s economic fluctuations began to show signs of slump again, the corresponding home appliance after-sales industry that had been valued by consumers but ignored by operators began to rise, and it followed. What is needed is a large number of talents in the entire industry due to the quality problems of existing industry personnel. When it is impossible to effectively meet the needs of enterprise development and competition through recruitment channels, how to cultivate the talents required by the enterprise through the training system has become an urgent problem to be solved by some enterprises and the entire home appliance after-sales industry. Through the research on the training content and effect of the existing training system of the after-sales department of Company A, this article helps Company A to analyze the problems existing in the existing employee training system and propose corresponding solutions and guarantee conditions. First of all, this article introduces the research background and the significance of the topic selection, and puts forward research ideas and methods. Secondly, it introduces human resource related theories, training related theoretical research and corporate human resource related theoretical research. Furthermore, introduce the current training status of the company A's industry and the after-sales department, and analyze the existing problems in the training status, and then propose improvements and guarantees for the training of employees in the after-sales department. Finally, it summarizes the practical experience of the reform of the employee training system and the outlook for the future. The practical value of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects. Firstly, analyze the talents required by Company A, and clarify the talents required by the company and the industry based on the current situation of enterprise development in the home appliance after-sales service industry; It is expected to provide a reference for the training of talents in the overall after-sales industry. Finally, I hope that this article can provide research and thinking for companies in the relevant low-education talent industry when building their own employee training system.
