中文摘要:2013年以来,我国贯彻落实党中央提出的新发展理念,推动供给侧结构性改革,中国进入了新的发展阶段。随着高校不断扩招,本科生、研究生人数越来越多,而企业在推动转型升级的过程人力成本逐渐上升,对人才的要求也不断提高,就这导致了就业慢、就业难逐渐成为一个让全社会各界都非常关注的社会现象。随着95后和00后进入职场,迷茫而焦虑的他们急需专业的求职规划咨询和求职提升教育,而作为教育主阵地的高校,依然遵循过去传统的求职教育形式,与企业和学生的真正的需求脱节,导致越来越多的年轻人习惯于依靠公众号、知乎、微博、抖音等碎片化信息渠道来了解求职和就业,而这些网络自媒体正是利用亦真亦假的碎片化信息向年轻群体贩卖焦虑从中获利,这些社会问题,导致了求职教育市场机会的出现。近年来,一线城市涌现出了许多专业的求职教育机构,并且发展迅速,国家也出台相关政策,积极鼓励职业技能培训,Y公司就是在这个背景下成立的。 Y求职教育公司作为刚刚成立一年多的创业企业,面临着产品重复雷同、线上线下获客难、经营业绩增长慢的困境,同时也存在渠道不稳定、人才流动率高、经营成本高居不下等一系列问题。因此,Y公司必须对现有商业模式进行分析、反思和修改。本文通过对Y公司内外部环境和产业竞争进行分析,运用SWOT工具对公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行确认,并创新性的结合了当前新兴冠状病毒突发状况,明确了Y公司面临的实际情况和现实问题。根据商业模式九要素理论,运用商业模式画布工具,从经营、客户、财务三个方面,为Y公司设计了全新的商业模式要素构成及其相互关系,构建并呈现了Y公司商业模式的价值创造过程。最后,为保障商业模式创新的顺利实施、有效落地,本文还按照商业模式培育和商业模式发展两个不同阶段,设计了七项实施保障措施:重新设计组织结构、建立合理的激励机制、外部合作资源的利用、建立培训体系、建设品牌形象、建设企业文化、完善专业团队。希望上述商业模式创新的实施措施对求职教育行业中的其他企业,也能够提供一些借鉴和参考。 
英文摘要:Since 2013, China has entered a new stage of development by implementing the New Development Concept, which put forward by the CPC, and promoting supply side structural reform. With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the number of undergraduates and postgraduates is increasing, while the human cost of enterprises in the process of promoting transformation and upgrading is increasing, and the demand for talents is also increasing, which leads to the slow and difficult employment gradually becoming a social phenomenon that leads concern of the whole society. As they enter the workplace, the 95-00s generation are in great need of professional career plan and job seeking education. However, as the main position of education, the universities still follow the traditional job seeking education form, which is out of line with the real needs of enterprises and students, and the more and more young people are accustomed to relying on the WeChat, Zhihu, MicroBlog, and TikTok to learn about job seeking knowledge. These self-media are using half-truth information to sell anxiety to young people. These social problems have led to the emergence of job seeking education market opportunities. In recent years, many professional job seeking education institutions have sprung up in the first tier cities, and they have developed rapidly. The state has also issued relevant policies to actively encourage vocational skills training. Company Y was established in this context. As a start-up enterprise just established for more than one year, company Y is facing the dilemma of repeated products, difficulty in getting customers and slow growth in business performance. At the same time, there are also a series of problems such as unstable channels, high talent flow rate, and high operating costs. Therefore, company Y must analyze, reflect and modify the existing business model. This thesis analyzes the internal and external environment and industrial competition of company Y, uses SWOT tools to confirm the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company. The thesis creatively combines the current“COVID-19”, and clarifies the actual situation and practical problems faced by company Y. According to the nine elements theory of business model, using the canvas tool of business model, from the three aspects of operation, customer and finance, a brand-new business model elements composition and its relationship are designed for company Y, and the value creation process of company Y 's business model is constructed and presented. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of business model innovation, this thesis also designs seven implementation guarantee measures according to two different stages of business model cultivation and development: redesign the organizational structure, establish a reasonable incentive mechanism, use of external cooperation resources, establish a training system, build a brand image, build corporate culture, and improve professional teams. It is hoped that the implementation measures of the business model innovation can also provide some reference for other enterprises in the job seeking education industry.
