| 中文摘要: | 近几年,政府为融资租赁行业出台了大量政策,在这样的背景下,融资租赁业迎来了发展黄金期,市场占有率迅速上升,而其中,设备融资租赁作为最传统的融资租赁模式,为众多制造企业提供了便捷的融资渠道,使不同规模的制造企业得到迅速发展。HY公司是设备融资租赁业务快速发展的受益者之一。作为一家台资企业,HY公司于2007年1月进入中国,主要从事设备融资租赁业务。12年来已经完成了超过3万例融资租赁案件。近两年来,随着设备融资租赁市场竞争的日益激烈,新设备融资租赁的市场份额大幅下降。为了确保收入不下降,HY公司在2018年初调整了业务发展战略,增加了回租业务,使得整体业务规模持续增长。 基于中国设备融资租赁的整体市场发展和HY公司自身的情况,本文针对HY公司所代表的小规模外资融资租赁企业进行了竞争战略分析,根据HY公司规模、特点及未来发展方向,提出了适合其发展的竞争战略选择,即集中差异化战略,并对战略应用提出了多项具体措施,以获得并保持企业竞争优势。同时,本文研究了在这一战略的实施过程中,在人力资源管理、信息化管理等方面的保障措施,用以规避人才流失等情况为企业带来的风险,确保战略实施的效果。 本文根据环境分析理论和波特竞争战略理论,分析了HY公司设备融资租赁业务的内外部环境,确定了细分业务和竞争优势,构建了商业价值链,分析各种驱动因素对价值链的影响,据此对HY公司在设备融资租赁业务发展中提出合理的意见和建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the government has provided a number of favorable policies for financial leasing industry. In this context, the financial leasing industry is developing rapidly and the market share has increased significantly. Among this industry, equipment financing leasing, as the most traditional financial leasing model, provides a good channel for a large number of manufacturing enterprises, so that manufacturing enterprises of different scales have developed rapidly. HY Company is one of the beneficiaries of the rapid development of equipment financing leasing business. As a Taiwan-funded enterprise, HY Company entered China in January 2007 and is mainly engaged in equipment financing leasing. Over 30000 cases have been completed in the past 12 years. In the past 2 years, with the increasingly fierce competition in the equipment financing leasing market, the market share of new equipment financing leasing has dropped significantly. In order to ensure that revenues do not fall, HY Company adjusted its business development strategy in early 2018, added leaseback business, which allowed the overall business revenue to continue to increase. Based on the overall market development of equipment financial leasing in China and the situation of HY Company itself, this paper analyzes the competitive strategy of the small-scale foreign-funded financial leasing enterprises represented by HY Company. According to the scale, characteristics and future development direction of HY company, it puts forward the competitive strategy choice suitable for its development, that is, focused differentiation strategy , and puts forward a number of specific measures for the application of the strategy to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise. At the same time, this paper studies the guarantee measures in human resource management, information management and other aspects in the implementation process of this strategy, in order to avoid the risk of brain drain for enterprises and ensure the effect of the implementation of the strategy. According to the theory of environmental analysis and Porter’s competitive strategy theory, this thesis analyzes the internal and external environment of the equipment financing leasing business of HY Company, and determines the segmentation business and competitive advantage. Build a business value chain, analyze the impact of various driving factors, and put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions for HY Company in the development of equipment financing leasing business. | |
