中文摘要:随着中国改革开放的发展,我国已经成为全球电子产品主要的消费市场,中国电子开关制造业规模也在不断扩大,其中中小型企业占据主导地位。在人才竞争日益激烈的今天,各企业都在加强人才储备,管理培训生就是被跨国企业和国内大型企业普遍采用的人才储备方式。但是对于电子开关制造企业而言,管理培训生的培养模式往往面临着培养体系不健全、人才流失率高等问题,最终导致人才储备战略的失败。因此,对于电子开关制造企业而言,建立健全的管理培训生培养体系,使之成为企业发展的首要人才资源,是企业亟需解决的难题。 本文通过对C公司实施管理培训生项目的实施过程及效果的研究,帮助企业分析项目实施中存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案。首先,文章介绍了研究的背景及选题的意义,并提出研究思路和方法。其次为相关理论综述,介绍了人力资源理论工具和管理培训生相关理论。再者,对C公司及其管理培训生项目的大体流程进行介绍,并从管理培训生招聘、培训和考核等方面提出项目实施中存在的问题,接着针对项目实施过程中的问题提出改进方案。最后,总结管理培训生项目在小型制造企业中的实践经验及对未来的展望。 本篇论文的实践价值主要体现在以下几个方面。首先结合实际案例,分析C公司如何通过管理培训生项目实现人才储备,进而提升电子开关制造企业的竞争力;其次,通过对C公司管理培训生项目实施过程中出现的问题总结,期望为电子开关制造企业人才培养提供与一般制造企业不一样的模式借鉴;最后,希望本文可以为处在发展瓶颈尤其是受中美贸易战影响的企业在人才培养体系上的战略制定提供研究思考。 
英文摘要:With the development of China’s Reform and Opening, China has become a major consumer market for global electronic products, and the scale of China’s electronics manufacturing industry is also expanding. Among them, small and medium-sized enterprises occupy a dominant position. Today, with the increasingly fierce competition for talents, all enterprises are strengthening their talent pool. Management trainees are the talent reserve methods commonly adopted by multinational companies and large domestic enterprises. However, for electronic manufacturing companies, the training mode of management trainees often faces problems such as an incomplete training system and a high rate of brain drain, which ultimately leads to the failure of the talent reserve strategy. Therefore, for electronic manufacturing enterprises, establishing a comprehensive management training system for management trainees and making it as the primary human resource for the development of enterprises becomes a problem that enterprises need to be solved urgently. This paper helps enterprises analyze the problems existing in the management trainee project and propose corresponding solutions through the research on the entire process and effects of the project implemented by the C company. First, the paper introduces the background of the research and the significance of the topic selection, and puts forward research ideas and methods. The second is a summary of related theories, introducing human resources theoretical tools and related theoretical studies of management trainees. Thirdly, introduce the general process of the C company and its management trainee project, and raise the problems in the implementation of the project from the aspects of management trainee recruitment, training and assessment, and then propose improvement plans for the problems in the project implementation process. Finally, summarize the practical experience and prospects of the management trainee project in electronic manufacturing enterprises. The practical value of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects. Firstly, combined with actual cases, analyze how the C Company realized the talent reserve through management trainee projects, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of electronic manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, by summarizing the problems that occurred in the implementation of management trainee project of the C company, it is expected to provide a model reference for the training of electronic manufacturing enterprises that is different from general manufacturing enterprises. Finally, I hope this paper can provide research thinking for the development of talents in enterprises that are in the bottleneck of development, especially those affected by the China-US trade war.
