| 中文摘要: | 21世纪是一个崭新的时代,是文化、知识决定经济成败的时代。文化已成为企业最深层次的核心竞争力,是推动企业持续做精、做大、做强的动力源泉。纵观国内外企业的发展历程,那些能够保持长盛不衰、基业长青的企业,都有优秀的企业文化做支撑,而那些不重视企业文化的企业注定走向失败。企业文化建设对于现代企业管理而言已是大势所趋。 随着我国加入WTO,实力雄厚的外资银行不断涌入中国市场,银行同业间的竞争日趋激烈,我国越来越多的银行开始探索企业文化建设。但遗憾的是,目前国内大多数银行的企业文化未能有效地落地植根,企业文化对银行经营业绩的促进作用远远不够。针对这一现状,本文选取PA银行作为研究对象,探索我国股份制商业银行企业文化建设中的突出问题与解决方案。 本文先对企业文化的相关理论进行了梳理,并基于这些理论对PA银行企业文化的发展历程和建设现状进行了全面阐述。然后运用问卷调查、员工访谈等调研方法,分析整理出目前PA银行企业文化建设工作存在的主要问题,并指出对其进行改进的必要性。最后针对目前存在的问题,分别从强化“以人为本”的企业文化理念、加强企业文化的内部传播、塑造卓越的银行家文化和打造PA银行独特的企业形象四个方面给出了具体的改进策略,并提出了确保改进策略能够顺利实施的保障措施,推动企业文化建设的有效“落地”。希望通过本文的研究,为PA银行提供更符合其经营管理实际的企业文化建设方案,真正发挥企业文化应有的作用,也为国内其他银行的企业文化建设提供一些借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The 21st century is a new era in which culture and knowledge determine the success or failure of economy. Culture has become the deepest core competitiveness of an enterprise, and it is the driving force for the enterprise to continue to be refined, bigger and stronger. Throughout the development process of domestic and foreign companies, those companies that can maintain long-lasting prosperity have excellent corporate culture as their support, while those that do not attach importance to corporate culture are doomed to failure. The construction of corporate culture is the general trend for modern enterprise management. With China's accession to the WTO, powerful foreign banks have been pouring into the Chinese market, and the competition among banks is more intense. More and more banks in China have begun to explore the construction of corporate culture. But unfortunately, the corporate culture of most domestic banks has not been effectively rooted, and the promotion effect of corporate culture on bank operating performance is far from enough. In view of this situation, this paper selects PA bank as the research object to explore the prominent problems and solutions of corporate culture construction of joint-stock commercial banks in China. This paper first sorts out the relevant theories of corporate culture, and based on these theories, comprehensively expounds the development process and construction status of corporate culture of PA Bank. Then through questionnaire surveys, employee interviews and other research methods, this paper analyzes and sorts out the main problems existing in the corporate culture construction of PA Bank, and points out the necessity of improving it. Finally, in view of the existing problems, the paper gives the specific improvement strategies from four aspects: strengthening the corporate culture concept of "people-oriented", strengthening the internal communication of corporate culture, shaping the excellent banker culture and creating the unique corporate image of PA Bank. This paper also puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement strategies, and promote the effective "landing" of corporate culture construction. It is hoped that the research of this paper will provide PA Bank with a corporate culture construction plan that is more in line with its actual operation and management, and truly play the role of corporate culture, and also provide some references for other domestic banks in corporate culture construction. | |
