英文摘要:In recent years, the development of the global pharmaceutical industry has been relatively stable. It is expected that the global pharmaceutical market transaction volume will increase to 1.4 trillion US dollars in the next three years, and its growth rate will remain between 3% and 6%. Based on the good development trend of the global pharmaceutical industry, international pharmaceutical giants have generally taken relevant measures to strengthen their core competitiveness and expand their market share to enhance their overall strength, which has also caused increased competition in the pharmaceutical market environment. In this increasingly competitive pharmaceutical industry market environment, in order to enhance the company's core competitiveness and comprehensive strength, and to ensure the rapid and stable development of the enterprise, it is essential to formulate a strategic plan that adapts to the company's future development. This thesis takes S company as the research object, takes the actual development status of the company after merger and reorganization as the research background, uses the relevant theories and methods of enterprise management to carry out the analysis of the company's current situation and environment; uses market research methods to objectively explain the overall situation of S company ; Use PEST and SWOT analysis methods to analyze the company's macro and micro environments, and analyze related issues in the development of the company after mergers and acquisitions; use Porter's five-force analysis method, combined with the actual operation status of S company, to analyze the pharmaceutical industry market competition. This laid the foundation for the company's deep integration and strategic planning. Based on the analysis and research results, the company's development strategy positioning and objectives are clearly defined; from the aspects of enterprise management structure, management mechanism, corporate culture and pharmaceutical technology, deep integration of the S company after M & A and reorganization; formulation of the company's marketing development architecture plan; At the same time, plan the company's future development strategy in a targeted manner. Based on the deep integration plan and development strategy planning, in order to guarantee its implementation and development, formulate relevant matching safeguard measures. This thesis is devoted to promoting the deep integration and integration of S company after merger and reorganization.
