| 中文摘要: | 随着建设工程项目的不断进步和社会的不断发展,工程项目变得越来越普遍,其扮演的角色也越来越重要。工程项目管理中的进度管理对于工程项目管理体系是尤为复杂且重要的一环,对项目利润的实现以及企业的战略发展都有重大的影响,因此项目进度管理也自然成为了项目建设的重要目标。这些对于海洋石油行业的工程项目而言,同样如此。近些年海洋石油行业也走上了快速发展的道路,其开发工程建设项目的数量急剧增加,然而海洋石油工程项目投资大,危险高,影响广,施工难,且常常受制于船舶等资源,相比于陆地项目建设,其进度的执行起来更为苛刻。如果能提高海洋石油工程项目进度管理水平,那么不但项目工期可以保证,甚至可以提高行业竞争力。 海洋石油PL油田工程项目是近几年海洋石油工程建造的典型项目。本文以海洋石油PL项目为研究对象,深入分析了其中的进度管理工作,在进度管理传统方法(活动时间估算法、关键路径法和PDCA法)外,还根据PL项目面临的具体进度管理问题,提出了更加丰富、更加有针对性的管理策略,比如风险分级策略,协同管理策略等。文章最后将项目管理的传统方法和本文策略结合运用,通过实际案例,印证了本文策略对于进度管理的有效性。 本文所研究内容,综合运用了文献研究法、归纳总结法、案例分析法等进行深入分析,通过提出问题,分析问题,解决问题的思路,最终完成研究工作。本文为海洋石油工程项目进度管理工作提供了新的思路,这对于项目进度管理在实际工作中的应用,是一种有益的探索,对今后类似的项目进度控制工作也能起到扬长避短的效果。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of projects and society, engineering projects have become more and more common, and the role has become more and more important. The schedule management in project is a particularly complex and important part of the engineering project management system, which has a significant impact on the realization of project profits and the strategic development of enterprises. Therefore, project schedule management has naturally become an important goal of project construction. This is also true for engineering projects in the offshore oil industry. In recent years, the offshore oil industry has also embarked on a rapid development path. The number of development engineering construction projects has increased dramatically. However, offshore oil engineering projects have large investments, high risks, wide impact, difficult construction, and are often constrained by ships and other resources. Compared with the construction of land projects, the implementation of its schedule is more demanding. If the progress management level of offshore oil engineering projects can be improved, not only the project duration can be guaranteed, but also the competitiveness of the industry can be improved. PL project is a typical project of offshore oil engineering construction in recent years. This article takes the offshore oil engineering PL project as the research object and deeply analyzes the progress management work among them. In addition to the traditional methods of progress management (activity time estimation method, critical path method and PDCA method), according to the specific progress management problems, it proposed richer and more targeted management strategies, such as risk grading strategies and collaborative management strategies. At the end of the article, the traditional methods of project management are combined with the strategies of this article. Through practical cases, the effectiveness of this strategy for progress management is confirmed. The research content of this article comprehensively uses the literature research method, inductive summary method, case analysis method, etc. for in-depth analysis, and finally completes the research work by mentioning problems, analyzing problems, and solving problems. This article provides a new idea for the progress management of offshore oil engineering projects. This is a useful exploration for the application of project progress management in actual work, and it can also play a role in avoiding shortcomings in future similar project progress control work. | |
