中文摘要:当前,社交媒体在全球范围内被广泛使用,但在其如火如荼发展的背后,信息伦理失范问题日渐凸显。随着社交媒体在人们的生活中扮演着越来越重要的作用,隐私信息被泄漏、个人信息遭受侵犯、知识产权信息被肆意传播使用、不良信息内容以及社交媒体中语言交往不文明问题日益突出,引起了互联网从业者与社交媒体用户的关注,同时也掀起了学术研究领域对信息伦理问题研究的热情,尤其在信息伦理认知及其影响因素,及信息伦理认知、态度与行为的关系等方面。 国外对于信息伦理认知的研究较为丰富,但国内仍然缺乏对于信息伦理认知方面的研究,尤其是针对信息伦理认知影响因素的相关研究。此外,探究信息伦理认知、态度与行为关系的研究少之又少。以往信息伦理的研究主要集中在信息伦理失范问题的现象与解决对策的研究上。因此,本研究试图通过文献梳理和实证研究探讨社交媒体用户信息伦理认知与态度水平、信息伦理认知影响因素、信息伦理认知、态度与行为之间的关系,为我国信息伦理认知领域研究做出贡献。 本文把信息伦理分为隐私信息伦理、安全性伦理、知识产权伦理、信息内容伦理、语言交往伦理5个维度,对信息伦理认知、态度与行为进行测量,通过问卷调查与跟踪访谈的方法,发现:(1)社交媒体用户的信息伦理认知水平整体较高,其中信息内容伦理认知水平最高,隐私伦理认知水平最低;在信息伦理态度方面,社交媒体用户对于信息伦理失范问题的不接受度普遍偏高,其中对于安全性伦理失范问题的态度最不宽容,对知识产权伦理态度相对宽容。(2)学历会对信息伦理认知产生显著的正向影响。(3)社交媒体用户的信息伦理认知、态度与行为存在正向影响。(4)社交媒体用户的信息伦理认知、态度与行为间关系的影响因素为内在情感因素、利益因素和外部环境因素。 本研究共分为5部分,分别是绪论、文献综述、研究设计、研究结果和研究结论与展望。 
英文摘要:At the era of information nowadays, social media has been widely used all around the world, and it brings enormous convenience to users. However, there are problems of misconduct of using social media. As social media is increasingly playing an important role in people’s daily life, the problem of private leak, information insecurity, intellectual property rights violations, harmful information contents and impolite language in social media has been prominent. These problems are drawing great attention of both social media users and people from internet industry. Meanwhile, there are increasing numbers of scholars from academic circle studying information ethics recognition, influence factors and the relations among recognition, attitude and behavior of information ethics. Although there are abundant studies done in the field of information ethics recognition, research on this topic in domestic seems insufficient, especially about the influence factors of information ethics recognition, and the relations among recognition, attitude and behavior of information ethics. Most of the past researches just focus on the phenomenon and countermeasures of information ethics misconduct, therefore, through detailed review on related literatures and conducting empirical study, this study measures the level of information ethics and attitude of social media users, analyses the influence factors of information ethics cognition, and explores the relations among the cognition, attitude and behaviors of their information ethics, which contributes to the field of information ethics cognition. This thesis divides information ethics into fives dimensions, and they are ethics of privacy, security, intellectual property rights, information contents, language of interaction. Through questionnaire survey method and follow-up interview, there comes the conclusion of this study: (1) The cognitive level of information ethics of social media users are high, and the highest dimension is information contents cognition, while the lowest dimension is privacy cognition. In the aspect of information ethics attitude, basically, social media users rarely accept the misconduct of information ethics, which means the ability of tolerance of the information misconduct is low. (2) The level of education has a significant influence on information ethics cognition. (3) The information ethics cognition of social media users has a positive effect on their behavior and their information ethics attitude works the same way on their behavior. (4) The influence factors of the relations among information ethics cognition, attitude and behavior of social media users are internal affection, relevant interest and external environment. This thesis is divided into five parts: introduction, literature review, research design, results, and research conclusions.
